It was Halloween in the Big Harbour, and the Dispatcher had important news for the tugboats.

"As you all know today is Halloween," He said. "So there will be a Halloween parade held here in the Big Harbour."

All the tugs were excited.

"I'm going as a king!" Announced George grandly.

"Well, I'm going to go as a fireboat." Added Foduck.

"And I will go as a ghost!" Decided Theodore. "What about you Emily?"

Emily decided on a dragon.

"What are you going to be Hank?" Theodore asked his best friend.

But Hank had no idea.

"I don't know Theodore." He replied.

"Well, Im sure you'll think of something." Theodore told him.

...

Hank decided to look around for some ideas for his costume.

As he did so, he saw a large green bulk of iron in the sea some distance away.

It was a barge.

The barge looked at Hank, smiled at him in a friendly fashion, and said;

"Hello there. I'm Leland. Who might you be?" He asked politely.

"I'm Hank." Replied Hank. "I've never seen you here before." He added.

"Well I'm new, you see. You look a bit lost, Hank-can I help you with something?"

Hank paused, and then replied.

"Well my friends and I are having a Halloween parade here and I don't know what to wear for a costume."

"Maybe I can help!" Smiled Leland. "Right, is there anything you feel you're good at in particular? That might give us an idea."

"I'm the fastest tug in the harbour." Hank offered eagerly.

"Aha- now I have an idea what you can be!"

...

Later at the parade, the others were waiting for Hank.

"I wonder what he's going as." Whispered Theodore to Emily.

"I don't know." Replied Emily.

Suddenly Hank came in.

He wore an outfit of silver sparkly material and he had something in front of him.

"Hello everyone!"

"Hello Hank- what are you being?" Asked Theodore.

"I'm a sailfish- they're the fastest fish in the sea." Hank replied proudly.

Everyone thought that suited him well.

...

That night, the parade was wonderful. The tugs were all praised for their costumes, but Hank got the most for his sailfish.

He felt very happy indeed.
