She danced, danced with all her heart, forcing her emotions and feelings into her movements. He had broken her heart, and disappeared all in one night. She cried as she moved, her heart racing with each movement, and cringed in slight pain as she remembered the times they had together. Rhythm… why… She laughed when they said he had died in a plane accident, and still doesn't believe them, but her heart was screaming in rage when she heard it. Her best friend had told her, "Rhythm always loved you, and always will." before she walked away. Everyone was leaving her behind but she didn't care one bit right now, she didn't have the will to, all that mattered was that she forget everything, to dance. The dagger danced at her hip, not seen by anyone around her. The empty liquor cup carelessly dropped in all of her movement, the crash not heard over the music, the pain not felt over her thoughts. The life in her eyes already gone as the people crowded around her while she moved to the beat. Tears were never seen in the club. The song ended and she left with the crowd, morning just barely peaking over the horizon. It's been years since he left, and she can't wait anymore. She walked towards the alley and pulled out the dagger, walking towards a darker patch of shadows. Drawing it towards her chest, she silently smiled as she muttered "I love you Rhythm and I always will." and drove the dagger into her chest.

Or so she thought. Just before the dagger had a chance to rip at her heart, strong arms embraced her while holding the dagger away. The unknown figure untangled her hands from the deadly weapon and it fell to the ground, a loud clang heard in the silence. Her eyes widened and tears wormed their way from her eyes. The figure spoke in a whisper. "I'm so sorry. I'm so very sorry. Please forgive me for leaving for so long. I didn't want to hurt you or to hold you back from your dreams… I'm so sorry." Soft whimpers were coming from the girl as she turned and sobbed into his chest. He embraced her tighter, afraid that she would disappear if her let go. It felt like years before either moved, but it was only seconds, and he tipped her chin up and crashed his lips into hers. She kissed back with all of her remaining strength before she broke the kiss and whispered to him, "I love you so, so much," He replied with a smiling face. "I love you too," and then they spoke in unison. "And I always will."

I want ya'll to guess who it is Rhythm talking to. I'll give ya'll two people to choose from.
