The rogue looked around, looking for a way to slip through the thick crowd of people that had surrounded him. He supposed getting into a fight in the middle of town would attract all the attention. He fidgeted nervously in his boots. The wood elf seemed to melt into his cloak. He didnt do well at the center of attention.

He turned to his friend; a half-elf bard dressed in his leather armor embroidered with blue and red thread. He had his lute strapped to his back and his hands on his hips. He was smiling and seemed to be enjoying all the extra attention, even if the attention wasn't positive.

He nudged his friend, "Hey Kevril? D-do you mind causing a distraction so I can escape from this madness?" The half-elf turned to him, "Aww, is the poor widdle wood elf getting too anxious?" He asked, mockingly.

"Shut up." The wood elf muttered.

Kevril smirked "Well, Carran, since you asked so kindly, I would be glad to show these people what real musical talent is. Or maybe, I should tell them a story about my great and amazing adventures. Ooh! Maybe I can insult some people? I could use vicious mockery! Or, what about-"

"I dont care what you tell them, just distract them so I can go about my day in peace!"

Kevril quirked his eyebrow, "Oh? I can tell them anything? Anything, you say? How about that one time when you got trapped in that thorn bu-" He was cut off by Carran glaring at him.

Kevril put up his hands, "Distraction! Alright! Got it! Don't worry. By the time I'm done, you will only be a shadow in their memories." Kevril turned back to face the crowd.

"Hey! Everybody! That guy has pink underwear!" Kevril shouted, pointing to someone in the midst of the crowd. This statement was followed by and angry shout. After a moment a dwarf had pushed his way through the crowd, fists balled.

Carran sighed, and grinned. Kevril was a great person, he had saved Carran countless time before. The rogue quickly slipped out of the crowd into a quieter road while the crowds attention was diverted.

He slunk through the shadows on the side of the alley, going back to their party's rendezvous point. Kevril would never let this go easily. Carran would probobly have to do something humiliating in front of the party to pay back the favour. Well, that would come later.
