A/N: So I'm on a James Bond trip. So sue me. It was a fun idea =D

Bond: I'm devastated. What would I ever do without you?

Moneypenny: As far as I can remember, James, you've never had me

Bond: Humph. Spring is eternal.

Moneypenny: You know, this sort of behavior could qualify as sexual harassment.

Bond: Really? What's the penalty for that?

Moneypenny: Someday you have to make good on your innuendos.

She Was His Moneypenny

It hit Annie one late Saturday evening while she was sitting the in the living room of the main house with Danielle. Michael was gone for the weekend on his job search and the girls were in bed, leaving the sister some quality time. They'd flipped through the channels until they landed on Goldeneye.

That was when it hit her: she was Auggie's Moneypenny.

The thought was a little unsettling, but Annie couldn't put it away as James Bond flirted endlessly with the pretty Moneypenny, declaring that the date she had been on prior to coming to work was devastating to him. They bantered for a minute, including the Moneypenny telling him that his behavior could qualify as sexual harassment. He asked what the penalty was for that and she smiled knowingly. "Someday you have to make good on your innuendos," she told him easily before walking through the door.

Auggie Anderson was her best friend at the Agency. They had bantered back and forth since the first day, always lightly teasing and sometimes flirting. If it'd been anyone else, she might have taken it seriously, but Auggie flirted with any pretty female within range to hear him. Everyone around the office knew not to take him seriously because that was just how he was.

Something odd had been happening as of late though. He'd found out – she had no idea how – about Jai's attendance at her family BBQ. The jokes and jibes had flown, as always, but there was something deeper to them this time. There was no twinkle in his eyes as she laughed at him, and his smile looked a little too forced. She hadn't really thought of it much at the time, but as she sat and watched the same general banter back and for she came to a conclusion.

Auggie Anderson was jealous.

It was absurd to think about. He could have any single woman at the Agency – and probably some that weren't single – and was currently dating lady-skank. (Annie suddenly felt nauseous.) But even with that, he still acted overly and very obviously jealous when confronted with the fact that Annie might be getting serious with someone.

"I wonder just how many women watch these and think 'I wish they'd just get together already'?" Danielle murmured as she clutched a decorative pillow.

"Everyone," Annie sighed.

"Sounds like you're thinking about someone," her sister grinned, tossing the pillow at her. "Is it Jai?"

"No!"

"Then who?"

"Does it always have to be a guy with you?" Annie laughed.

"A sister can hope!"

They dissolved into quiet laughter as the mini-pillow fight continued and the movie played on in the background.

Eventually the movie ended and Annie bid her sister good-night. She shuffled off to the guesthouse for the night with a mind full of her new realization. She closed the door behind her and leaned heavily against it, frowning. Then a new thought struck her, replacing the old one:

Who said he got to be James Bond?

A/N: Please review. I really am an addict =D
