p style="color: #444444; font-family: 'times new roman'; font-size: 11px;"It was a wonderful time to be on the Saturday's Airship. No experiments, inventions, or rabid cryptids. The family was setting up their holiday decorations, with Zon flying tinsel everywhere. Even Komodo was in the spirit although eating Santa's cookies would put him on the naughty list. The only Grinch was Zak, who sat in his room. It was going to be his first Christmas without Rex. The machine-maker was on some big mission for providence. He was going to miss the holidays./p

p style="color: #444444; font-family: 'times new roman'; font-size: 11px;""Are you sure you don't want to decorate", asked his mom, Drew Saturday. Even though she leaned towards Buddhism, she said Christmas was commercial enough for her to celebrate it (sad but true). She also knew what was bothering him. Zak's parents knew he and Rex were dating; Doc even drew up some weapon designs for Rex to build!/p
p style="color: #444444; font-family: 'times new roman'; font-size: 11px;""No thanks mom, I'd like to be alone" he answered. Apart from his family, Rex made him feel less of "Kur" and more "Zak". He feels he won't turn evil with Rex around. Thinking of it just made him sadder. That's until the windows blacked out. A hovercraft even bigger than the airship floated above them. Then, a big, dark object came hurling at the door. Rex plowed through the glass at full speed, using his boogie pack to slow down. "Couldn't let my emnovio /embe alone on the holidays, now would I"./p
p style="color: #444444; font-family: 'times new roman'; font-size: 11px;""Great, but first you have to clean up the broken glass!" Doc sniped. With help from Zak and a leaf blower, it was easy. With Rex here, Zak was ready to start the holidays. Initially, they were building snowmen. Then Zak started throwing snowballs and a snowball fight ensued. Next, hot chocolate was passed out, piping hot. Even Fisk had trouble sipping. But Zak was already warm enough in Rex's sinewy arms. He fell asleep while the evo kid pick popcorn off the string, listening to the crackle of the fire. Later, when the Saturdays were finishing up the 11 foot Christmas tree, Rex took Zak up on his smack hands, and let him place the glass angel on top of the tree. They started watching Christmas movies on Netflix like emRudolph the Red Nose Reindeer /emand emFrosty the Snowman. /emNight came and the pair was lying on the couch. Zak used his cryptid powers to make some animals sing background noise as they drifted off to sleep./p
