Disclaimer: I do not own Gravitation or any of the characters and I do not make any profit from these writings.
Takes place in the manga. After Shuichi gives Yuki a ticket for his concert, Yuki debates with himself about going. Takes place in both Yuki's and Shuichi's POV's.
My first Gravitation fic, so let me know what you think!
Gravity is impossible to ignore
*Yuki's POV*
'What's with this kid?' I thought after Shuichi ran out of my house. 'First he wants me to come, then he tells me to forget it? What the hell?' I paced around the room, smoking a cigarette. 'This is stupid! Why do I care what's with him?' 'He's just some punk kid who writes crummy lyrics, I should just forget it.'

*Shuichi's POV*
'Why did I do that?' I thought as ran from Yuki's house. 'I'm so stupid! I don't even know what I wanted from him! I don't care if he shows up or not!' I walked home slowly, not caring about anything right now. "I...really don't care..." I muttered, trying to convince myself.

*Yuki's POV*
I was sitting on my couch, staring at the ticket. The concert would be starting in half-an-hour. I still hadn't decided if I'd go or not. 'I don't care one way or the other!' I thought, then I remembered what he looked like. "He's such a crybaby!" I mutter, glaring at the piece of paper in front of me. "He'd probably bawl if I didn't show up, little punk! Fine! I'll go to the damn concert!" I said, telling myself I just wanted to see everyone boo his crappy song.

*Shuichi's POV*
"What are you doing, Shuichi?" Hiro yelled at me. "The intro's over! Wake up dumbass!" I stood on stage, staring at all the faces. I knew I was searching for him, even though I told him not to come, I realized I wanted him there. I wanted to show him my lyrics were great! I wanted...to see him again! 'God, I'm so stupid...he's not going to...' I stopped, my eyes finding him standing in the back of the crowd. I felt my heart soar at seeing him. Smiling, I reached over and flicked on the keyboard.
"Shuichi!" Hiro yelled anxiously. "You ass! Not this song!"
"Sometimes you have to risk looking like a fool to be great. Sorry, Hiro, but now's the time!" I told my friend as I began to sing.

*Yuki's POV*
"Different...but still crap. I'm never wrong." I thought, smiling as I watched him on stage. 'There's just...something about this kid, I can't describe it...' I then pushed my sunglasses up my nose and slid out the door, listening to the music grow quieter.
The End.
How'd you like it? I did take some quotes directly from the manga just so you know!
