4/4 Waltz

The young boy sat and twiddled his thumbs. He was uncomfortable in the situation. After all it was supposed to be a playdate. Right? For kids. Not because he had a crush or anything. Because he wasn't worthy of having so much of a chance with Ruka. Lua would ignore every claim he had that he could even like her. Because a best friend with his sister is uncomfortable so it seems quite acceptable even though I personally wouldn't care but I'm not the hero yes?

So now the young boy sat and waited patiently. He was growing more and more awkward and ignored. By everyone. But you right? No, no, most viewers ignore him as well. He considers all the ways he's uneeded in the song as people talk like he isn't even there. And he keeps his deflated heart close to his chest with his non existent self esteem. And shoves his glasses up by the bridge. And Ruka makes a side comment that could concern him and his heart flutters a few beats but he won't say a word. And dancing around the subject and time in a four by four waltz, this farce will continue on.

So now this boy wants to leave and sit alone and be ignored, in the comfort of his own home at least. And no one notices when he stands up to go. No one but Ruka. And shocking everyone she asks him to stay. And he mutters under his breath that he would but that's ignored and people start talking about how rude it would be to leave early but that's alright with him because he's being paid attention. And being ignored is the most painful thing one can experience in the end. If I am right then whatever. And where was I even? I don't know. Ah wait I do. The boy hums underneath his breath in seek of comfort and that's ignored because well. Lua stares at him with anger because of reasons I'm sure we can sympathize with. Right. I think so. And really if you have any opinion you probably won't say. I think not.

So now this boy gets the urge to do a four by four waltz. I can appreciate that. And so this boy stands up and summons courage in this farce to be seen. And Lua is glaring now for reasons I can understand. And Ruka is charmed because loud people are not her speed and this quiet and scared little boy is interestingly sweet and silent and that's all she wants in the end truth be told. And for the rest of the night all there is is a four by four waltz. And Lua glares but he gets over it. Because he really isn't much of a guy to keep a grudge with his sister. Even if she's not dancing with anybody.
