A/N: Short drabble is short.

His hearing was the first to come back to him. Not that it made much of a difference; the only sounds he could hear were his own breaths, the quiet pitter-patter of the rain on the windowpanes, the beeping of distant horns and cars driving past muffled by the walls. Alright, he was inside a building at least…

Gradually, sight came next…also pretty much useless. A blindfold covered his eyes, blocking out everything with its inky blackness. He tried to reach for the fabric and pull it off, frowning when he couldn't move his arms. Feeling tingled back through his limbs, and his predicament became clear.

He was tied up, bound tightly to a chair in some unknown, indoor location, and presumably alone. Each calf was secured to the front legs, forcing open his thighs and keeping his hips slightly forward, while ropes looped around his chest and pinned his torso to the back of the chair. His arms were pulled back just shy of painful, with ropes chafing at his wrists and secured to the two back legs.

"What the hell," the vigilante hissed through gritted teeth, immediately twisting and pulling at his bonds, searching for a way to free himself.

"Language, Dickiebird," a second voice piped up, making the hero flinch in shock. He hadn't even heard the man breathing, most likely masked by the rain.

Footsteps, moving forward. Contact, on his knees first—he could sense a body standing bent over him, in between his legs, fingertips trailing up and down his thighs. Nightwing suppressed a shudder as goosebumps followed their trail underneath the spandex and kevlar of his costume. A hand moved to his jawline, tilting his face up to feel the man's breath ghosting across his face.

"Jason…?" Dick could almost picture the cocky smirk that would be on his lips. "What—" The hand shifted, covering his mouth and stopping his words.

Lips, brushing across the outside of his ear, and he couldn't stop the shiver from rolling down his spine at the Hood's next words.

"Why don't we put that training to good use?"
