"Welcome to the annual Guardian's Party!"

Jack didn't see why Santa made such a big deal of this. All they did was make conversation about how much better their job was until it turned into a fight and everyone had to go home. But Jack played along anyways, "Hey man. Good to see you again."
Soon everyone was filed in (except bunnymund. His absence was excused due to it being Easter) and seated around Santa's desk. As Santa went through the "important" news as Jack made several ice animals on the smooth leather- being none of the news applying to him- then suddenly there was a change in the mood.
"Jack? Do you think that's a good idea?" Tooth's voice always traveled like silk through the air.
"Um, uh, yeah sure. Just a quick refresher may help."
"Well we were thinking, it's been almost three years since you joined the Guardians and you no nothing about our past lives. Maybe… we could all exchange our stories to make you feel more welcome?"
"Yeah. I would like that," Jack flashed his smile at the group. aybe that would help this strange tension die down.

Tooth swooned and he heard her whisper, "don't you wish you could just stare at his teeth all day? I would do anything," which just made Jack's smile even more sincere.
