Sebastian looked to his new "wife" dressed in a white outfit and veil, or rather had been. Not only hours before were they pronounced married. Now Ciel Michaelis laid under the covers in their bed and sleeping. Sebastian smiled, the consummation of their marriage leaving a good effect on him, too.
He looked around the hotel room smiling even wider, it felt like forever since they first admitted love to one another. Now here they were, married. The eighteen year old demon opened his eyes, one red and one purple. Ciel smiles and snuggled tried to his butler, now husband.
"You're still awake... Hmm... Wouldn't mind some more duties as your spouse." Ciel said smiling.
"Such suggestive language of a young lord~" Sebastian teased playing with the younger's hair.
"Oh quiet, and love me." He said kissing his husband again. The room filling with moans of pleasure as the two made love for the second time that night.
Once they returned from their honeymoon to the Phantomhive estate, the other loyal servants, now finally in on their dark secret welcomed the two demons home.
Ciel immediately ran to the bathroom and vomited again. He had been doing so for the majority of the last half of their honeymoon, concerning Sebastian greatly.
Sebastian quickly went to the bathroom and waited until his new wife had finished. Sebastian then sat beside him and rubbed his back.
"Ciel... I-"
"Leave please. Just for a minute. It's an order." Sebastian did as he was told. In a minute Ciel walked out and rushed past him saying simply, "I'm pregnant."
This made Sebastian's eyes widen and grab Ciel's arm.
"Are you positive?"
"Yes! I don't know! No! I-I can't be pregnant! I barely had parents how could I possibly be one?! And we just got married, I don't want to share you! And I'm a boy!"
"Being a demon boy is not the same as being a human boy. Human males can't reproduce, demon males can. And I know you aren't keen on sharing, but my lord... If you are with child, then we can't just avoid it as if it's something that will go away. And I don't have a doubt you'd be the best mother on this planet." He held Ciel close as he said this.
"Fine. Just- just do what you need to. To make sure it's healthy..."
Sebastian laid his wife on his bed and removed his glove and placed a hand on his abdomen and beneath his fingers glowed lightly and Sebastian smiled and removed his hand.
"Young master, you and I are having a daughter."
Ciel turned his face into his pillow and cried. Sebastian frowned and held him.
"It won't be bad, my love. She will-"
"You idiot, I'm happy!" Ciel said looking up to him a small smile on his lips. Sebastian seemed surprised, but happier that the young lord changed his mind about the baby.
Months passed as news around the house became joyous and Ciel's stomach grew larger, finally he went into labor, after a C-section, thanks to Sebastian, they had their daughter. They named her Francine Sarafine Michaelis. As Ciel looked down at his baby and to his husband he once again cried years of joy.
"I have a family again..." He whispered as his baby looked up into Ciel's eyes with wide beautiful red ones.
