Disclaimer: Not mine
Notes: Yes, I know I've used this cliche for three other fics, but OH WELL. The world really does need more Domon/Sion, even if someone as lousy as me is the one writing it.

"Domon-san, I'm fine. I just hurt my ankle a little--""I think what you mean is that you twisted your ankle so badly, it's already twice its normal size." Domon glared at him sternly as he turned a corner. "And I'm not letting you even think of walking until I can get you home and take care of it."
Sion glanced at his injury. It did look ugly, and it had hurt terribly when he tried putting weight on it earlier, but still…
"But you must be getting tired after carrying me all this way." Sion groaned inwardly at his awful excuse. Of course Domon wouldn't get tired. Someone with his strength and skill could carry the entire team (plus Naoto, Takku, and Robota) in his arms without breaking a sweat. The real reason Sion wanted Domon to let him down was because… because it had finally dawned on him that Domon would never feel about him the way Sion did about him. And even something as simple as being carried home after a bad fall was another reminder of what he couldn't have.
"I'll be okay on my own, Domon-san."
"Will you get it through that thick skull of yours already?!" Sion felt something go through him when Domon tightened his hold. "Only a genuine bastard would let someone with an ankle like that try to walk around." His expression softened as he let his lips curl a bit. "And if Tatsuya teases us for looking like we came straight out of a scene in a romance movie when we get home, oh well."
Sion felt himself smile back… but still…
"But my ankle feels a lot better now, and--"
Suddenly, Domon's forehead was resting against the side of his face. "Sion, just let me take care of you." He sounded tired, but not like before, when he had simply been exasperated with Sion's stubbornness. There was something in his voice that sounded almost like… like longing?
Then maybe… just maybe…
Sion smiled again. "Okay. I'm ready to go home."
