His wife's ringing laughter filled the garden as she scooped snow into her gloved hands, forming it into a hard packed snowball that she held at the ready.
"You better not throw that," He warned her, eyes twinkling with mirth.
"Alright," Hermione replied, slowly walking towards him. She pulled him in for a hug, snowball in hand, and stuffed the cold snow down the back of his sweater, squealing and running away as a look of shock came over his face as the cold hit.
"Hermione Granger!" he yelled after her retreating figure. She giggled even harder and ran at a dead sprint towards the Manor. "I will get you for that, you know!" She ignored him and continued to run, not stopping until she reached the house and opened the door, slamming it, and likely locking it, behind her a second later.
Draco stopped running and a smug grin came over his face as he turned on the spot, appearing a second later in the sitting room where a surprised Hermione was sitting by the fire, a cup of coffee sitting on the table.
"You seem to have forgotten something, love. It's this little thing called magic. Both of us can use it, too. How crazy is that?" he smirked, continuing, "The funny thing is, when you have magic, there's this thing where you can go whenever you want. Isn't that simply amazing?"
Hermione, thoroughly frightened now, curled up into a ball on the couch. Draco picked her up, bridal style, ignoring the pitiful squeak of protest that escaped her lips. He took the stairs two at a time, eager to get his wife where he wanted her to be.
Draco, reaching the top of the stairs, threw open the master bedroom door and dumped Hermione on the bed. He climbed over her body, kissing her gently on the lips, hands reaching towards the button on her jeans. He pulled away from the kiss, looking at her lovingly.
"Now for your punishment, love."
