When I walked into the garden they were locked in a heated embrace. He straddled her body and was slowly grinding up and down her. I gasped and felt my eyes fill with tears. He jumped up off of her; she picked up her clothes and mummered an apology before taking off. He saw the expression on my face and I could only guess that I looked so past any emotion that I appeared unnaturaly and deathly white. Even more so than normal for a half vampire.
"Nessie!" he cried out, he could see how close I was to the edge, so he slowly walked towards me. It was evident that he didn't know what to do, he wanted to comfort me but he didn't want to further upset me.
"Um..take this..we'll talk..later" I choked out barley holding back my tears. I handed him his gift wrapped neatly in wrapping paper of his favorite color, dark blue, with a white bow tied around the middle with such precesion that it must have taken hours to perfect. He looked down at the gift and shut his eyes tightly and opened them again. He took another step forward but I shook my head, struggling to fight back the tears as they sprang to my eyes.
"l-later okay" I whispered to him, and just like that I was gone, and all alone. Again. After I was out of their sight and in the safety of the trees I let the tears flow freely. They blurred my vision as I ran, but I just kept on running. After running for hours I finally stopped and collapsed from exhaustion in the middle of a clearing. I sat there and cried, not caring that I was lost or freezing cold. My eyes soon began to droop and before long i felt big arms wrap around me. I didn't care whose arms were around me, I just leaned into them and cried my heart out. I must've fallen asleep because the next thing I knew I was in my bed, with strong arms still tied around my waist. At first the prveious eve was a little fuzzy in my mind but as the events slowly started to come back to me I started sobbing again. No one ever said life was going to be easy; but no one ever said it would be this hard either...
