"CHO! Get down here this instant, young lady. There is someone I would like you to meet," her father yelled impatiently, from the foot of the stairs.

"Coming, Father."

Cho rolled her eyes. Honestly, people were so impatient. Didn't her father want her to look healthy and put together for their visitors? One never knows when one may be meeting a potential sutior, after all.

She became rather excited at the thought, imagining the face of a handsome young man who would sweep her off her feet. She hurried down the stairs, thinking of this rich man who would love her and buy her everything she wanted.

Instead, there was Percy Weasley standing there.

Lovely, she thought. Why do I even bother to dream?

She went over her mental checklist:

Hmm...

Handsome...nope.

Capable of sweeping me off my feet...too scrawny.

Rich...If you call having a house the size of my bathroom rich, than sure.

Potential Sutior... Ye-NO!

Still, he was a guest of father's, and she must behave as such. She put on her most charming face and curtsied deeply, holding out her hand for him to kiss.

Percy was agog, slackjawed at the beautiful girl before him.

Cho noticed, giggling to herself at the effect she had over almost every man she came into contact with.

He kissed her hand, looking into her eyes, and she noticed that his eyes were amazing, the sweetest shade of grey, with flecks of gold. She shivered. Her weakness was a man's eyes, and though she hardly considered Percy a man, his eyes were admirerable.

"Cho? May I speak with you privately?" Her father roused her from the trance Percy's eyes had created.

"Yes, father, of course." She followed him obediently into the study, where he closed the door and faced her.

"Cho...Percy has recently been promoted and his future looks bright. He is not like the other Weasleys. He has direction, focus, and most importantly, determination. Please, be tolerant of him."

"Yes father." Cho replied demurely, while thinking to herself...

Hmm...interesting. New mental checklist.

Handsome...well, in a roundabout sort of way. And his eyes were mesmerizing.

Capable of sweeping me off my feet...I suppose he could use magic.

Rich...getting there...

Potential Sutior... For now, he will do.

Percy Weasley.

She laughed. This time would be just like the others.

She reentered the front hallway, shot a captivating smile his way, and took his hand in her own to "tour the manor". Percy willingly obliged.

And so it began. An unsuspecting Cho began the game of charm, sweetness, and beauty. She had played it with Cedric. She had played it with Harry. And she would win her game, just like she always did.
