I need a girlfriend.
It was a calm Saturday afternoon, the sun was up, the birds were chirping, as the calm breeze blew outside… It was a wonderful day, if only the Titans were out enjoying it…
Currently Cyborg and Beast Boy were in the main room sitting on the couch in front of the TV. They both were leaning forward, their elbows on their knees as they held controllers in their hands. They pressed the buttons hard as their eyes never left the screen in front of them. Their thumbs moved like lightning as they were determined to beat the other, and they couldn't help but give one another light shoves in hopes of distracting them. One bit his lip while the other stuck out his tongue as each were determined to win. They had been like this all day, it was like nothing could get them out of game mode. Or so it seemed…
The common doors swooshed open and in walked Raven, not that the boys noticed. Raven actually was on a mission and upon seeing the current state of the boys she only hoped she could still succeed in her task. She continued on with her strait demeanor as she walked forward and approached the couch. Still going unnoticed, or should I say ignored, she leaned over the back of the sofa next to Beast Boy.
"Gar?" She said softly.
"Yeah?" He asked still facing the screen as he let his tongue slide back into his mouth.
"I was wondering if you wanted to come hang out with me… in my room?" She asked suggestively. As soon as the question computed through the changeling's head he froze. He completely forgot the game as he turned to her to see her give a small smile.
"See-ya Cy." Beast Boy said throwing his controller in the air as he hopped over the couch, quickly grabbing Raven's hand and escorting her out of the room.
Cyborg blinked in confusion as his car passed the finishing line. But it was hardly as satisfying as it would have been if Beast Boy was there to see him win. "Whatever." He grunted as he set the mode to single player, "I'll just up my score." He said as he started a new game on a different setting. But he already had the highest score and the others weren't catching up anytime soon. They barely played anymore. Ever since Robin and Starfire got together they were gone all the time, and to make things worse Cyborg's little buddy was gone too, following Raven around like a love sick puppy. Cyborg let out a long sigh as he mindlessly played the game. "I need a girlfriend."
