Pain. That was what Clark was feeling right now, not the physical pain someone might feel but the pain on the inside, the feeling in your chest that makes you feel that your heart is about explode. What else could he feel right now, not even a day ago he just saw everything and everyone he's ever known and loved get taken away from him. He likes to think this is how anyone in his position would be, the only difference is that he had the power, the skills, the strength and the tools to take his revenge. They came in the night, not even an hour after he drifted off to sleep. The Grimm, the creatures of darkness, the stuff of nightmares and the ones who took them away. He didn't even know how he was doing this, he never has or had ever wanted to take a life. But when he found that nest, he just lost it. Maybe it was because deep down he never saw the Grimm as lifeless creatures, of course their monster's and killers but he always thought they still you know, alive. He ripped them limb from limb, without any mercy or restraint... just like that White Fang.

Which is what led him to his current location, an interrogation room in the Vale police department headquarters. He was wearing a pair of tight-fitting blue jeans, brown walking boots, a blue T-shirt, a grey hoodie and a brown leather jacket. The hood was down as his hands rested on the table as they stayed cuffed together. He's been here for three hours now and he hasn't said a word since he got here, hasn't answered any questions, hasn't made any requests, hasn't said a single word. Not that he had a reason too, he's staying in this room as a curtesy, he can leave anytime he wants. Be it with his own abilities or the weapon that calmly rested on the table he was cuffed too. The axe that he used to take so many life's with.

Storm-Breaker. The silver blade pointed towards him and the large sqaure hammer on the opposite end pointed to the wall across from him, the wooden handle reached the end of the table. Normally Clark would prefer to have the axe-hammer hybrid holstered to his back but the police needed to examine it due to the amount of Faunus blood all over it. The detective he was speaking too before brought the axe in, along with an accusation that Clark was some type of racist bigot who thought it was a good idea to go on a Faunus killing spree for the hell of it, trying to intimidate him as well.

As Clark was deep in thought, his senses didn't pick up on the two people on the other side of the door. He looked up and his eyes widened at the sight as he truly did not expect. Walking into the room was a man, quite tall, wearing a dark green coat, a green scarf, white hair, a small pair of glasses and an odd-looking walking cane. This was Professor Ozpin, the Professor Ozpin, the headmaster of Beacon academy. Stepping in behind him was a woman, around the same height as Ozpin, she wore a tight-fitting black dress, a white blouse, her heir had a light golden colour and was tied in a white bun, she had green eyes wore glasses slightly larger than Ozpins and she held a file in her arms. Clark had no idea who she was but if he had to guess, he would say that she was a colleague of his or another professor.

"hello young man" Ozpin said as he took a seat opposite Clark and sat calmly, placing both hands on the table on the opposite side of Strom-Breaker "it's so very nice to meet you. My name is Professor Ozpin and this is my college and close friend Professor Glynda Goodwitch" he greeted with a smile. Clark raised an eye brow at him still very much confused by what's going on. Ozpin give him a small smile before turning to the woman and lifted his hand, without a word she gave him the file. He placed it on the table almost resting against the axe's wooden handle, he opened it and Clark could see the inside, not that he could understand any of it. He was smart but reading upside down wasn't anything he ever picked up on, but he could see a picture of himself, looked pretty recent "Name: Clark Joeseph Kent. Adoptive son of former students of mine, Martha and Johnathan Kent. Race: Human. Real name: Unknown. Biological parents: Unknown. Real date of birth: Unknown. Estimated age: eighteen"

Clark couldn't help but roll his eyes slightly at his words "now this is the part that interests me" he said looking back down to the file "Arua: Locked. Semblance: unknown" he looked back up at Clark "now how can a young man like yourself who hasn't even unlocked his Arua be able to not only survive the destruction of his whole village, but take on an entire nest of Grimm, kill every single one of them and to top it off go to a White Fang outpost, full of the same Faunus that attacked your village just before the Grimm and wipe them out completely?" he asked closing the file.

Clark just stared back into Ozpins eyes not saying a word, despite the position Ozpin was in. Clark just didn't care, about anything anymore. What was the point of talking? Ozpin closed his eyes and sighed quietly for a moment before looking back at Clark "this might be the first time anyone's said this to you but I am truly sorry for your loss" the emotionless face Clark had adopted had dropped and was replaced by one of sadness "like I said, they were once my students. The world is definitely a darker place now that they are no longer in it. Clark, since I know that they raised you from a very young age, I know that you are a good man and what you've done to the Grimm and Faunus proves that you might be just as skilled as them as well. I don't know what your plans are from here once they let you go but what I do know it that someone with your skill, your conviction. You would be very much welcome to come to Beacon" he spoke in a calm voice.

Clark tilted his head at him, wanting to make sure that he didn't miss hear that. Odd for someone with his hearing skills to think but he couldn't help it. For the first time since arriving here, he spoke "you're going to let me" he started in a calm voice, pointing to himself "someone you don't even know, someone who just lost everything he's ever cared about, someone could very well be mentally unstable. A position at your Academy? To become a huntsman" he listed. Ozpin coolly nodded at him with little hesitation and based on the look Goodwitch gave him and Clark, he wasn't the only one who thought he was talking complete crap "are you senile?" he asked.

Ozpin chuckled at his words, he simply lifted his mug and took a drink. Based on the smell coming from it, it was tea but there was something else in it as well, honey or something else along those lines "no, I'm quite sane. I'm just a man that believes in second chances" he explained "and I believe, I completely one hundred percent believe that you deserve one"

Clark took a moment to himself to think about what to do. True, he's always wanted to be a Huntsmen, ever since his mum and dad told him stories about their journeys and adventures. But when he brought up the idea about becoming a Huntsman to them, they shot it down faster than he could blink. It was then that they told him about who he was... what he was. They told him about where they found him and the weapon that was found with him. Clarks eyes glanced back to Strom-Breaker. Why it was because of that, he could never be a Huntsman, they couldn't risk the attention. The attention a Huntsman of his skill and talent would inevitably bring.

Why? Clark asked himself at this moment, sure back then the danger the attention would bring against his family was a cause for concern but now... he doesn't have any family, doesn't have any friends, nobody to worry about being hurt or hunted because of how big a danger he could be to those he chooses to fight "isn't there some rule that you need to have your Arua unlocked in order to attend?" he asked making sure could actually do this.

Ozpin tilted his head at him "Normally that would be requirement but based on what you've done, Arua doesn't seem needed for you. And besides, I'm the headmaster of the academy, I make the rules" he stated with a hint of pride in his voice and Goodwitch rolled her eyes slightly. Ozpin simply lifted his hand up stopping Clark from talking "The question is" he lowered his hand and made a move for the hilt of Strom-Breaker but was stopped by Clark who in the span half a second lifted his hand and slammed it down on the hilt stopping Ozpin from lifting it. The headmaster starred at him for a moment before responding "will you attend?" he asked.

Clark took a moment as he eyed his weapon, what choice was there? What else was he going to do? Go back home and work on the farm in a dead village? Live in isolation? Become a traveller? A mercenary? Clark reached out and grabbed the hilt of the axe "I accept your offer" he said.

Clark sighed as he looked out the window of the Bullhead as it flew across Vale, it's been two days since he was visited by Ozpin and was let go from the police building. Enough time for him to head back to his home, put some things to rest.

When he arrived there, it was still a smoking ruin, but that wasn't what bothered him. That wasn't what he was there for. Once he arrived at his old farm house, he found the bodies of his parents. Not wasting any time, he buried them as dignified as he could. Under the large tree next to the house, he got a large slab of rock and shaped it into a grave stone which read 'Johnathan and Martha Kent, beloved husband, wife, mother and father'

The rest of the day was spent packing some of the things he was going to need like his clothes but also small mementos like the family photo album as well. Once all that was done, he just stood there for a few hours thinking about whether or not he would ever come back here.

Shaking his head, he brought himself back to the present as a loud voice caught his attention "ah, I can't believe my little sister is going to Beacon with me. This is the best day ever" turning his head he caught the sight of good-looking blonde girl with hair that went all the way down to her ass which she was not hiding. Clark appreciated that.

The person she was hugging though, she seemed really younger than everyone else "please stop" she whined.

That was when Clark drowned them out, deciding not to listen to their conversation but he didn't have much more time before something else interrupted his train of thought "Hello, and welcome to Beacon, my name is Glynda Goodwitch" a hologram of the woman who came into his integration room with Ozpin "You are among a privileged few who have received the honour of being selected to attend this prestigious academy! Our world is experiencing an incredible time of peace, and as future Huntsmen and Huntresses, it is your duty to uphold it. You have demonstrated the courage needed for such a task, and now it is our turn to provide you with the knowledge and the training to protect our world" she said before the hologram despaired.

Clark crossed his arms as he looked out the window, though his eye brows did rise at the sight of Beacon in the distance 'this is going to be interesting' he thought to himself as he felt the Bullhead go in for a landing.

Ok guys, I'm doing a remake of the story with a few tweaks. Number one, it's starting from the beginning of the show not the second Volume, another is that Clark is going to be a lot more down and have a darker attitude then some of you would want superman to have but that should change in time.

And since this story just started and it's going to be different from the other, if you guys want any particular romance to happen, let me know who you want him to be with. Also, who do you think Clark should be in a team with, some OCs, RWBY, JNPR or on his own. Let me know it the reviews down below.
