I always forget to do these since it's painfully obvious as is, but since I do remember for once, I own nothing but my creepiness. No animals were harmed in the making of this fic. The cat we put in a box in reality to symbolize Snake, was unharmed, I swear by the gods. We love him too much to hurt the poor baby.


Alone, he lay curled up inside a small prison. He wasn't sure why, or even who had done this.

The only answer to his pleas was cruel laughter.

Food was slipped in through a slit in the wall, pitiful food. His stomach ached.

Scratch that, his everything ached from the lack of space.

And yet the darkness was the only thing he saw.

For so long.

The blue-clad figure gave a smirk, only visible because of the crinkling about her eyes.

"Do you believe the Snake to be punished enough yet?"

A chuckle.

"Of course not, it's been but fifteen minutes," returned another smiling woman, poking another slice of American cheese through the hole in the cardboard box.

"Please let me out," whined a gruff voice from inside.

The females exchanged glances and chuckled darkly.

One did not simply sneeze in Samus Aran's art, in passing, and survive unscathed.
