drowned

She awaits his arrival in an isolated tower - by the window of a manor in Twilight Town, really - and watches him. Sora.

He promised he'd remember her, and although she reminded him - and herself - that he wouldn't, that he couldn't, she had still hoped for the best. But that spark of hope has long gone cold, transformed into ash.

He promised himself to her, but she watches as he courts Kairi instead. He lied - and it's her own fault, really, for stealing his memories in the first place. She tries to lock away her sadness like she locked away his memories, but even the Memory Witch can't fool herself. Can't block out the sun once her eyes have been opened.

Her palms press flat against the glass pane of the wide window. She will escape all this. This world - no, all the worlds - have no more for her. She truly is Nobody.

Drowned.
