It was a dark, gloomy day at the Bowser Kingdom. It had been days after the events of Mario R.I.P. Bowser was no longer at the Bowser Kingdom, so one question remained: Who would be the new King Koopa? The Koopa Army talked amongst themselves, wondering who it would be. Many thought Bowser Jr. would take over, which they would despise. This then led the the chaotic Koopa Troopa Army Wars.
The Army divided, into groups who supported their favorite Koopaling. The Cheating Koopa Army, were those that wanted Larry Koopa to be king. The Hip Koopa Army were wanting Lemmy, and they were in close relationship with the Hop Part, or Iggy's Army. Wars were held among the armies, and no one could stop them. Altogether, there were eight branches of the Koopa Army.
"What're we gonna do?" Asked Iggy, dodging a vase being thrown by a Koopa Trooper. "They won't even listen to US", Wendy said, complaining, trying to fix her messy hair.
"Shut up", Lemmy and Iggy both said to her, walking away from Wendy leaving her at the base of the stairs. They passed Roy atop the stairs, who was in front of the mirror, trying to show off to other young Koopa Troopas how strong he is.
"We can always just elect ourselves as leaders", Lemmy suggested, grinning at the thought of supreme power over the Bowser Empire.
"Mm, I dunno. We should just ask Ludwig about this... he is the smart one. Come on Pookie!" Iggy shouted, running up the spiral stairs once again, with Lemmy and Pookie behind him.
"Ludwig, open up!" Lemmy shouted, once again in a hallway, banging on Ludwig's room. No response came forth, after minutes of banging on the door.
"Just open it!", Iggy suggested, smashing into the door, opening the room. When they entered the room, they found the room unoccupied with lots and lots of paper everywhere.
"Where is he, for Pete's sake!" Lemmy shouted, entering right behind Pookie. The three trespassers dodged the papers on the floor, jumping to and fro.
"The window is open..." Iggy pointed out, after a quick inspection of the untidy room.
"And there's a note", Lemmy said, pointing to the bed with a single note on the pillow.
" 'King Dad may be alive. Went out to look. ~ Ludwig' " Iggy said, reading the note aloud.
"Geez Ludwig..." Lemmy said, sighing. "We need you..." The trio sat down on the bed, looking at the opposite wall as the rain started to sprinkle lightly outside.
