A crash is heard within the large home, and Lithuania is frightened out of his sleep.

"Why can't you just leave me alone?" A cry is heard. Lithuania smirks and turns over in his bed. With the good sight of the boys also in bed, he is then only somewhat worried, but not for the one who had cried out. No, he is worried about the tormenter. "Bela, please-" So far it sounds like everything is okay, but Lithuania knows better. One wrong move and everything is over. It will all be over for them.

The newly awoken stiffens when a loud smack is resounded throughout the house. Latvia is awake as well now, and is sending Lithuania a questioning look. He tries not to startle the poor boy by sending a small smile, but he is now serenely troubled by the sounds coming from the downstairs' rooms. Signaling for Latvia to lay back down, he crawls out of bed to see how things are going. It really shouldn't be necessary of him, Belarus has proven herself capable of handling Russia over the long, grueling years before, but it still doesn't sit well with him. Ever since that day he never did get to talk to her. Well, he did, but not really.

He tip-toes out of the dark room into the only barely lighter hallway: at night this place was just too creepy. A shiver goes down his back as a cool breeze drifts in from a loose window. He goes over to tighten it up, and he listens. The house is quiet, and that is normally a good thing. Lithuania likes a quiet house. Not all the time, like during the day, but at night when it was time to sleep. A quiet house was a good house. Just not tonight; not when the last sound was the sound of human skin slapping against human skin. So he listens.

Nothing. This is bad. Not willing to break the nothing with his own clatter, he rushes on his toes to where the earlier sound may have come from. Around the corner, Lithuania sees a glow of light, and he tries to be careful to not let his shadow play too close to it. He presses himself to the wall, and once more: he listens. An apology is heard in a sad, Ukrainian accent, and Lithuania allows himself to breathe again.

So Ukraine was playing as well tonight. Good on her; he was sure this takes some of the burden off of Belarus in times like this. These times when it is needed to bully Russia. It sounds cruel, but the man needs love. Whether it be tough, like Belarus, or kind and gentle, like Ukraine; well none can be sure. Lithuania is sure that the sisters can't take the chance on just one though. Russia is a man of extremes and so his sisters must take the same actions to ensure his safety (along with the safety of others). This is the sisters' plan, even if they do not realize it.

Shifting on the hard, stone floor announces that they are moving away. He can't think of what to do, so he can only hug himself closer to the wall as to not get caught from overhearing nothing.
