A/N: I felt like writing this after I saw GOF on DVD. Lets just say, this is my very delusional ending to movie 4.

Healing

"Harry!", Hermione said, smiling, and hugged him. She hadnt seen Harry in three days because Madam Pomfrey had kept him in the hospital wingfor that time, not allowing any visitorsat all. Hermione had tried, dozens of times to persuade her though. Yet everytime Madam Pomfrey had put her chubby arms on her hips and told her that Harry was not really to see anyone yet and definnatly not ready for questions. But Hermione already knew what had happened, Dumbledore had told her when Harry had fallen asleep that night.

"You look much better", Hermione said after she let go of Harry, remembring him when he had came into the Hospital Wing with Dumbledore three days ago on the night it had happened, to where she and the Weaslys had been waiting. He had lookd absolutly terrible, covered in sweat and blook, horribly pale, cradling his wrist, which was bleeding rather badly.

"How..how's your cut?", she asked. "Good…Madam Pomfrey did the best she could", Harry responded, smiling. Hermione took his right arm and rolled up his sleeve. She could still clearly see and red line on his skin where Wormtail had taken his blood to revive Voldemort. She ran her thumb over it but Harry winced and pulled his arm away. "Sorry", he said quietly, "it still hurts a little".

Hermione bit her lip and her eyes filled with tears. "No, Im sorry, Harry. I wasn't there for you, I should have-" But Harry interrupted her:"Hermione, there was absolutly no way that you could have prevented what happened in that graveyard.", he said, taking her hand into his. "I just feel so bad", she whispered, a tear running down her cheek. Harry hugged her and as she felt his warm body against hers, felt his breathing, she knew that he was right: She couldn't have done anything to change what had happened that night….

But she could be there for him now, help him get through this…and she would. She would be right ther at his side…right where she belonged.
