There were probably worse ways to wake up. Most likely. Juri was sure to come up with some, if she thought hard enough.
Except she couldn't, because there was simply too much noise coming from just outside the bedroom, the door of which had been left oh-so-thoughtfully cracked, so the lovely sounds of the argument could gently wake her from her sleep.
She should have expected this. She really, really, really should have expected this, living with those two. They were perfectly fine separated, but together, they never shut up.
At least, Kotaro never did, and Akaba would usually be furiously strumming his guitar, which he didn't have at the moment(thankfully), so he'd resorted to yelling as well, only not at loud as Kotaro.
They stopped, at least, as soon as she opened the bedroom door and glared at them tiredly. She probably could have gone for another half hour in bed, waking up nice and slow, all wrapped up in the warm blankets, which she preferred to...this.
"What...are you two arguing about now?" She asked, before either of them could greet her. No, she definitely had to make sure they knew she was annoyed, first.
"This- This guy wants to put his stupid guitar in the living room! You said there was no room anyway, remember!" Kotaro spat viciously, glaring at Akaba and nearly forgetting Julie's presence entirely, jabbing at him with his comb.
"I said there wasn't any room for his amp, not his guitar..." Juri mumbled as she rubbed her forehead. She could feel the headache coming on already. Why on earth had she thought this would be a good idea? It had barely been two days, and already those two were like cats and dogs. More than usual.
"HAH, see? See! I told you man, I told you!" Kotaro crowed triumphantly, like Juri had just proven his point for him. Sleepily, she leaned over and smacked the back of his head with her open palm. He gave her what he probably thought was a sad, kicked puppy sort of look, but in Juri's opinion it just made him look like an idiot. Which he was.
"Akaba, do whatever you want," Juri muttered, just barely managing to stifle an enormous yawn. Yeah, it was way too early for this. She was going back to bed. "Both of you, be quiet, I'm going back to bed." She shot them both a sleepy, hopefully threatening glare, and slunk back into the bedroom, slamming the door behind her.
"Fuu..I told you not to make a fuss," Akaba murmured levelly, and Juri could practically hear Kotaro gearing up for another fit. She groaned as she dropped onto the bed, face-first. There was absolutely no way she was ever going to get to sleep in ever again.
