Prologue:
The vast forest was as dark as a bottemless pit. The only light was the bright, flourescent glow of the full moon shining above. It was deathly still. The only sound was the soft chewing of a deer and my feet softly and smoothly, carefully, pouncing the ground. I stopped as I caught a whiff of the deer on the faintly, breezing summer wind. I followed it to a small forest clearing.
As I watched, getting ready, the deer looked up, munching on the dark, green grass. The black fur, black as midnight, bristled on my back. My soft ears pricked up and tuned in to all sounds around me. My keen, bright, yellow eyes focusing on every movement the deer made. It only had seconds to run when suddenly,...
