Chap 1 Welcome

(FP)

Five o clock. I was done at work and finaly could go home. Normaly I didn't mind my job at the techstore but my last custumer had been a real pain. Jimmy Henson always struck me as a know it all type, now I knew for sure. Frustrated I walked to my car got in and started my journey home.

While driving it struck me suddenly that I was have no reasons to complain about my life so I should just shake off my frustration, tomorrow is another day. I hadn't had such a good and stable life since I left Seatle eight years ago. I was living in Farmington missoury for 2 years now had earned myself a place in the community here and was liked and appreciated as a good man.

When I aproaced my house I saw to my surprise that a small car was parked in front of the house. I didn't recognize the car but figured that it might be a guest off the Wilsons next door who needed room for the car. After I parked the car I walked around the house to the backyard. Suddenly I stopped at the sight of a small girl sitting on the rocking chair in the corner of the garden. When the little girl, I guess about 4 or 5 years old, saw me she got up and skipped in my direction.

Her first words left me totally speechless when she said: Hello uncle Freddie I'm Emma and mommie and I come to visit you for the next week. I didn't expect anyone and I was pretty sure I never had seen the little girl before. I was wrecking my brain to think who she could be. The little girl had something familiar but I couldn't or my brain didn't want to place it. Thankfully I was trained to take fast decisions so I gathered my wits. I smiled at the girl and said nice to meet you Emma where is your mommie now? The answer didn't take long.

I'm right behind you nub!

I didn't turn around and started to smile. Sammie how nice to drop by. I hadn't seen or spoken to Sam in 8 years and we didn't part in a good way so I was very surprised to see her here and I wasn't sure it was a pleasant one at that.
