By: LovelyCatGirl87

This is my first fic on this site, so I hope you like it! =^^= On with the story! Yay!

Disclaimer: I don't own YGO, if I did why would I be writing a story about it? -.-

Chapter One

"It's been 5000 years since humans sealed us and the Shadow Realm away. We, The Demons, came first, yet humans treated us like dirt. It is time we take our revenge, my brothers! Let us destroy the items! So we may be free once again!" a voice boomed.

Thousands cheered, loving the speech that had been given, all but two figures. A girl, small for her age, red hair in buns which had hair falling from them, a red Oriental shirt that went to her knees, and golden shorts and a being in a black cloak.

"Papa, what are we gonna do?" the girl asked.

"We must keep these items safe at all cost, you will watch the boy, won't you, my little dragoness?" the man in cloak replied.

"Yes, Papa, I'll be good and keep him safe. I promise."

A hand came from the cloak and ruffled her hair. The girl smiled, giggling a bit, and then disappeared.

Meanwhile else where!

Yugi was walking in the park on beautiful summer day, the Millenium Puzzle hanging from his neck. It had been a quiet day, no duels, no fights, rather boring. He thought that for once he might have a nice, peaceful, normal day. Boy, was he wrong. Right as he turned a corner, he found himself face to face with a red head, who was smiling at him.

"Hello King or Games, how are you doing this fine day?" the girl asked.

Yugi stepped back, for two reasons: first, no one really knew, except him, about being King of Games and second, she was floating an inch off the ground!

"Who. . . what are you?!" Yugi asked nervously.

"Oh, you have no reason to fear me, I'm here to help you. My name is Catty Dragon, and it is my duty to protect you, King or Games, keeper of the puzzle," Catty said cheerfully.

"Pa.protect me from whom?"

"From the demons of course, silly!"

AHAHAHAHAHA! I'll live you at this cliffie! I want one review at least before the next chapter! Thank you! R&R please!
