I thought of this while in the car and writing on the window cuz it was cold! Random fail shot at fluff.
Summary: A brawl between England and America is ended when they both apologize using their car windows. US/UK fluff.

Car Window Apologies
England hated fights with America.
Maybe I didn't phrase that correctly. He hated serious fights with America. The kinds where someone ends up crying in the end, they avoid each other, ignore each other's calls, purposely go offline when one or the other is online on Facebook, delete their texts, and miss each other to no end.
I'm sure you've had a fight like that, either with a lover or a friend. Think about that fight and how awful you felt.
Now you know how America and England feel at the moment.
And what had they been fighting over this time? No, it wasn't about the economy, or America's health, or whose country was better, the Revolutionary War, or even England's cooking.
...they were fighting over sofas.
Yes. Sofas.
England had wanted a plain, not-too-fancy green sofa.
America had wanted this red, white, and blue...thing, and...in England's sentiments: God, it was so showy...
And that's why they were fighting. But hey, couples that are madly in love fight over stupid things. But the fighting isn't always pretty.
England sighed and lay his head on the window of the car. It was pretty fogged up because of the cold temperature outside. His driver drove smoothly despite it, though.
He hadn't talked to America for two and a half whole weeks now. He was beginning to think that maybe he should apologize. But then, his ego would kick in and tell him that the bloody git had to apologize first. He wrapped his hand around the red, white, and blue scarf he was wearing.
America gave this to you.
Arthur shuddered and pushed the thoughts out of his head. He tried to forget how much he missed the smell of the American, his bomber jacket, the way he called him "baby", and the way he was always so protective.
...Hell, he probably even missed the pet name "Iggy", and his hamburger-hounding habits.
Arthur pulled his knees into his chest and sighed for the umpteenth time that day. Then, he turned to the fogged-up window and began writing something with his index finger. His finger slowly made the letters backwards, until it was finished. It read:
"I miss you, stupid hamburger-breath."
Just then, another, extremely familiar-looking car streaked by them. It went fast, but it went slow enough that Arthur could see the writing on its window. It read:
"I miss u, u frikin' British gentleman."
No sooner had the car passed them had England's phone vibrated. He rummaged around in his pocket and pulled it out. Apparently, he'd gotten a new text message. He opened it, read it, and then smiled fondly. The British man looked around in all directions, made sure his driver wasn't paying attention, and then squealed and hugged the phone to his chest.

I'll be over in ten.
The good thing about fights is that it feels so good when they're over.
