Hermione looked at the owl in front of her and the package that was dropped. With confusion, she took the package in her hands. The owl, to which no one had recognized, flew away due to the acceptance of the package.
"What is it?" Ron asked, curiously. "You have a secret boyfriend you're not telling us about?" he adds, seemingly irritated.
"If I do have a secret boyfriend, he's even a secret from myself," she confesses, her face turning slightly pinkish at the thought of a secret admirer. Without further adieu, she tore through the brown packaging to reveal a box of assorted chocolates. "I'll save these for when I go study with Luna and Cho way we have a little treat," she said with a smile.
"Ron, you have to tell her," Harry told the stubborn red-head.
"I have nothing to tell her, Harry." Ron turned away from Harry precisely as he winces at the thought of the chocolates his beloved had received not twenty minutes ago.
"You love her. Everyone knows it but her. It's so bloody obvious! Everytime she gets interested in a boy you find something wrong with him when no one else can."
"It's because she's like my sister, I don't want her getting involved in a fellow that won't treat her right." Ron watched the rain fall against the window and dribble to the bottom.
"Then why do you look at her, correction, stare at her, whenever she walks into the room. You don't do that with Ginny when she comes around," Harry retorted.
"I don't because you stare enough at her for the both of us." He turned around to look at the fireplace of the common room flicker slightly.
Ron didn't know that anyone knew his feelings for her. Since it was so apparent he figured he better just admit them, but since everyone already knew he changed his mind to not say a word in defense or offense of the subject and to ignore all comments, especially those coming from Harry Potter. Why he had to get into Ron's business, was anyone's guess.
