Arthur stood on the platform, not knowing what to do. He looked down at the few things he'd bought from the store nearby, still not fully understanding what they all were. He looked up towards the screen which told him the times of the 'trains', and wondered why horses and wagons would now need metal tracks to keep them in line. Realising he had twenty minutes left until his train arrived, he went in search of somewhere private, he needed to think.
After aimlessly walking around, Arthur realised a lot of people were following a particular sign, which he found out let to the toilets, and chose to go into the private one and locked himself in. He dug out the camera from his backpack, switched it on, and clicked the button to begin filming.
"Merlin, I'm not sure what's going on I'm really not. I remember being with you, I remember your face. I remember my kingdom, Gwen...", Arthurs voice caught on Gwens name, as his brain pulled out his memories with her, and he relived every one of them in that one moment.
"Oh god, Merlin I need you to help me. I remember my life, but I remember parts of this life too. I know this," Arthur tapped the camera, "is a camera, it takes photos and records footage. But there's other things I don't and it's all so confusing. I'm getting a train, I don't know where to, but it feels right, when I read the name I just, I knew it was where I needed to go, and so I will. I'll find you and when I do, I'll show you this, and you can help me. I need you now more than ever, Merlin."
Arthur turned off the camera, and moved to the mirror. He ran his fingers through his hair and remembered doing this exact thing, only a few days before he died. His face was almost the same as it was then. He hated being so confused, remembering two lifetimes at once, and not knowing which to believe. His doubts in himself began to sink in again. Why don't I just go to a doctor, why don't I just get myself fixed. 'Merlin', ugh god I've got myself believing in Wizards.
Nonetheless, Arthur picked up his things, and walked out to the platform, just as the train was pulling in, after one look back at the station, Arthur sat down at a seat by the window, he knew it would be a long journey after looking at some maps but, he didn't mind. He knew he was going where he needed to be, where everything would be fixed, where Merlin was waiting for him. He knew this was where Camelot, once stood.
