A/n: This is just something that came into my head after I finished watching the movie and I just knew I had to write it down. So, here you go. I don't write a lot of poetry, so please tell me what you think!

In A Million Tomorrows

Bright, blonde-haired beauty,

In the shade of the windmill blades,

Drinks tea so delicately,

Eats cakes so greedily,

Laughs so easily.

Mad, orange-eyed hatter,

Watching the child he will know in a million tomorrows,

Listens to her so eagerly,

Refills her cup so attentively,

Smiles so genuinely.

Bright, blonde-haired beauty,

Running through the undergrowth,

Screams out so loudly,

Turns back so bravely,

Breaks so easily.

Mad, orange-eyed hatter,

Sees her coming to his tea-table again,

Goes to her so quickly,

Speaks so excitedly,

Hides her so willingly.

Bright, blonde-haired beauty,

Risking her deceit for him without thought,

Returns for him so selflessly,

Fights for him so bravely,

Flees so reluctantly.

Mad, orange-eyed hatter,

Smiling at the child he knew a million yesterdays ago,

Cares for her so dearly,

Adores her so completely,

Loves her so selfishly.

Bright, blond-haired beauty,

Stepping out to fight for him and what he's lost,

Fights so bravely,

Perseveres so strongly,

Wins so joylessly.

Mad, orange-eyed hatter,

Watching her return from her victory,

Goes to her so quickly,

Dances so joyfully,

Loves her so much.

Bright, blonde-haired beauty,

Realising how much she cares for him,

Says goodbye to him so sadly,

Holds him so tightly,

Loves him so completely.

Mad, orange-eyed hatter,

Knows he will see her again in a million tomorrows,

Will miss her so dearly,

Will remember her so clearly,

Watches her go.
