Passion

Pure white curtains swayed lightly with the gentle breeze as it moved through the open balcony doors. The intoxicating scents of alien flowers teased already heightened senses as that sweet summer wind gently carried them to the lovers. Sheets of cool silks and satins the color of rubies skimmed and slipped across two bodies as they moved together in a dance of pure romance; a dance blessed by all the powers of Venus. Two hearts were now beating in sacred accord. Two souls were merging; creating a celestial music sweeter and more sacred than all the Choirs of the Seraphim. Emerald eyes that were dazed with love and glittered in the candlelight held dark eyes in thrall. Kiss-swollen lips, redder than any rose and sweeter than any chocolate that had been eaten that past evening, parted in a wordless plea; a plea the Warrior knew well, and one he could never deny. As the first pink light of dawn broke, the Warrior took his lover to the highest precipice of passion.
