Another Protagonist Clash

It was night in Liberty City. A single SuperGT with distinctive orange bodywork was racing through the streets of Liberty, grinding past the cop cars, who were apathetic to the fact that a sports car was driving well over the speed limit.
The driver of the fine car, Niko Bellic, was wearing his white Perseus suit accompanied by his expensive golden shades, not showing a hint of emotion on his face.
Further down the road, an old woman had decided to cross the street, having looked both ways.
Niko irresponsibly decided to increase his speed, despite his vision being darkened by his shades. He felt above the law.
The old lady made it half-way across the lane, when she noticed a pair of headlights heading in her direction fast, and it showed no sign of slowing down.
Niko suddenly spotted an old woman in the middle of the road, who was only a few metres away from his car; "Oh no!" he yelled, slamming on the breaks and attempting to swerve to avoid her, however, he heard the inevitable thump of her body against the door of his car.
The old woman's body skidded across the road leaving crimson trials, and slammed into the door of a bright yellow car, staining it with blood and denting it, triggering its blaring alarm.
Eventually, when Niko finally managed to regain control of the car, he stopped and stepped out, walking towards the limp form he had just hit - an old lady who was lying next to a blood-stained bright yellow car.
"Hope you have health insurance." he said casually with a nonchalant shrug. He ran to his car and raced off to the nearest carwash.
At the same time, a house door opened and out stepped Luis Lopez to investigate what had triggered his new car's alarm which was kindly gifted to him by Yusuf Amir. He eyed the passing SuperGT suspiciously, due to its curious blood stain, as it drove off. As he walked to the other side of his car, he spotted the bloody dent. "Man, that's not cool!" he exclaimed, completely dismissing the lifeless body of an innocent old woman next to it. The SuperGT was not very far, he could reach it with something fast. He looked around and spotted a motorcycle parked next to a secluded alleyway and sprinted over to it, somehow managing to switch the ignition on and driving after the SuperGT.
At the sound of his bike being switched on, Johnny Klebitz hurriedly rushed out of the alleyway, and spotted the thief speeding away on his bike. "Oh, you didn't!" he yelled furiously. He angrily hopped onto Clay's bike and pursued the thief, his sawn-off in his hands ready to off the thief.
