GirlGoneGamer here, I have decided to make another story including Bobby Neathery/De Santa, since he's the most lovable character from my GTA V original characters. So, me and Cry-Of-A-Warp-Engine decided to make another Blake and Logan story, which is an AU story to Lonely Compainions!

I do not own Grand Theft Auto V! Rockstar Games owns it!

Blake De Santa and Bobby Neathery is what I own! Cry-Of-A-Warp-Engine owns Logan Khranitel and others!

A Life That I Can Get Used To

In Los Santos, San Andreas, it was known for its hot weather climate, the famous people who are in movies, reality TV shows and even on LifeInvader. But somehow, it didn't effect on a young teen mother who's juggling through high school at Rockford Hills Academy and being a part time mother to her baby boy. Blake De Santa wished for the easy life of being just a normal teen in highschool, but now she's taking a role of a teen mother which is hard and challenging on her. With her father, Michael supporting her, she was greatly appreciate from him loving his youngest daughter and grandson.

Leaving her son in the care of her father, Blake decided to head to the Rockford Hills Shopping Center to purchase some of her baby son's essential items including new clothes and even a few toys. After spending at least $100 on her son, Blake's starting to have a troubling time carrying out her shopping bags. When she made it out of the mall, Blake decided to rest her hands for a bit while pulling out her red wayfarer sunglasses and the keys to her silver and black Bravado Gauntlet from out of her crossbody purse.

"Now, where's my phone?" She questioned herself after putting her wayfarer sunglasses on top of her multi colored hair of pink, purple and turquoise with her black roots showing. "Ah, found it." She said when she felt the edge of her iFruit phone at the bottom of her purse, before sliding it into her blue jean shorts. "Well… here I go again. Carrying heavy baby stuff for my little man."

'I'd turn around…'

Logan knew that when a voice seemed to echo in his head, it was important, sometimes life changing. He turned, and saw Blake heaving around her multiple bags and items as she crossed the street… and a Dewbauchee Rapid GT moving towards that same crossing, way too fast to stop before it would hit her.

His head seemed to jump back 8 years to his days in the army, and Logan sprinted down the sidewalk, turning and going along the crossing before he lunged off his feet, his impact and arms locking around Blake adding enough speed to clear the car, only just enough as the two felt the draft it threw off of its fenders brush over their feet. All but one of Blake's bags had been thrown from her grasp… but she was a lot better merely scraped than trapped under that car.

"Oh God!" Blake said surprised after watching the car driving away, when it honked at her. "That was close…" Then she looked up at an older guy with blonde hair, brown eyes and stubble beard. "Thank you. I've almost became a pancake, if you didn't save me and my bags."

"I coulda done a better job on saving those bags… but hey, you're alright. Let's get you up." Logan replied as he pushed himself up with one hand down on his knee, before he helped Blake to her feet too.

"Yeah… thanks…" Blake said once more, before dropping her bags and going out into the streets to collect the damage shopping bag. She look inside to see that her son's zoo animals diapers and baby snacks were destroyed by the tires of the car. "Aw no…" She said disappointed, which caught Logan's attention.

"We've suffered losses?" Logan questioned in a half joke.

"Yes, actually… it's my son's diapers and his finger snacks." Blake replied, showing the damage goods inside the bag to him. "He needed this stuff for his daycare and even at home."

"Well… best get you some more then. I'll help you with those, we'll go grab more diapers and snackables." Logan responded, reaching over to relieve some of the bags from Blake and take some of the heavy weight.

"Okay then." Blake said, now holding the lighter shopping bags as Logan taken the heavier ones. "Let's put these in my car, and we'll go back in the store to go get them. By the way, I'm Blake, if you're wondering who I am." She introduced herself, while walking towards the parking lot with Logan.

"I was, actually… and I'm Logan." Logan replied as they approached the lot, Logan sticking close as they crossed the raised concrete area between the parking spaces and the road, in case she lost her balance.

"What were you doing out here, Logan? Rescuing young mothers in distress?" Blake questioned as she added a questioning joke to it, before she pulled out her car keys to her Bravado Gauntlet as they were getting close towards the parked muscle car.

"I was out after dropping my car off at the auto shop. It's having a new air induction vent fitted, the old one's been on it for a good 15 years or so and it's starting to rust on the inside." Logan answered as Blake opened the Gauntlet's trunk.

"You have a 15 year old car? I'm mostly into fast and cool ones, but I even love the old ones." Blake explained, before placing the lighter bags into the trunk of her car and Logan did the same with the heavier ones.

"The air vent was on it for 15 years… the car is actually a 1960s Corvette. Sporty, classic, best of both worlds." Logan replied.

"Whoa… You mean the one 1960's Corvette that was in this movie I saw… What's it called again?" Blake said shockingly, before trying to think of the name of the movie she saw with her father and her baby son together. "Hold on. Smokey and the Bandit, that's the one!"

"Nah… that was a 78 Pontiac Firebird. Though I've got a 76 one." Logan corrected her. "I think the Corvette appeared in Fast And Furious once… then again, practically any car with a half decent engine has appeared in that series at some point."

"Aww… No points for me." Blake said disappointed, before closing the trunk, before looking inside of her wallet from her teal colored crossbody purse to see how much she had left. "Okay… I have enough to buy the diapers and Bobby's snacks again. Please come with me, Logan?" She said, after counting at least $125 left in her wallet, beside her credit card.

"Sure, I'll walk with ya." Logan replied as Blake closed up her purse.

"It's hard being a mother at my age, Logan." Blake said, while walking with him towards the shopping center. "But it's rewarding to me."

"To see the little one growing, your teachings being taken to their heart… yes, I've felt it. Long time ago, mind you." Logan replied.

"What? It happen to you? Are you a father?" Blake questioned.

"An old friend of mine… I took care of her son for a couple months. She was signed to the reserves, and she was called out." Logan answered.

"Oh really, I bet it was hard for you, wasn't it? Raising a little one like me?" Blake questioned as they finally walked inside of the shopping center.

"It was a bit… brought some good joys though, and I needed them." Logan replied while they headed for the childcare aisle.

"Mhm… my little one, Bobby, he's 8 months old now…" Blake said, until she found the right diaper brand with the zoo animal design on them. "He's a crawler now, but he has a difficulty breathing sometimes." She explained.

"I did too you know, when I was a baby. It wore off as I came to about 5." Logan replied, as Blake crouched down to pick up the right size as it was near the bottom.

"Well… him, it was for his weight problem. I sorta overfed him when he was a newborn. Didn't know how much he needed and he was asking for a bottle every two to three hours." Blake explained, having the right size diapers in her left arm. "Okay… I think I need his banana and strawberry apple flavored puffs. Bobby loves the fruit flavored stuff." She said, before walking down the child care isle with Logan.

"I never minded a bit of the fruit juice or smoothies myself. And you're just a new and young mom, you're not the first to make a bit of an error." Logan replied as they walked.

"Hell, I made a bad decision when I left Bobby alone with my eldest sister, which is his Aunt Tracey. When I came back, he had makeup on his face…" Blake explained, when she noticed the baby snacks. "I saw that coming when he was reaching for my earrings at 6 months." She said, while grabbing the two of the fruit flavored baby puffs.

"I guess he likes shiny stuff." Logan replied as he helped Blake with some of the things she was carrying, taking the diapers and some of the puffs.

"Thanks again." Blake said before they walked towards the checkout line. "I don't know what could've happen if you didn't come save and help me."

"Quite bluntly, darlin', you'd be half under a car." Logan replied jokingly.

"Yeah, and become some flat human meat." Blake said, jokingly along with him before pulling out her wallet.

"I'd say it's a meat filled pancake but then that's practically just a cold taco." Logan responded.

Blake started to laugh as they made it towards a empty checkout line. "You are a really funny person, Logan. You must be a comedian here in Los Santos." She said, while looking at him placing Bobby's stuff on the conveyor belt.

"Nope… I just clean ponds and swimming pools." Logan responded.

"Well, you sound like a comedian to me. Right now, I have no job since I'm just raising my son. I need to finish high school first." Blake explained, while walking towards the counter.

"Can't do too many things at once, I suppose. I've known that one before, tried to wrestle around with a life at home and in the army… it just doesn't work to do too much. But hey, if we found each other once you're done with school… no promises, but I might know a few places looking for new people." Logan replied, stopping midway through to help put the things up on the counter to be scanned and purchased.

"Wow, just one meeting and you want to say goodbye to me already." Blake said, a little disappointed.

"Oh not at all, I'm just thinking of places I know of offering jobs that would fit someone like you, young mother and all that. Ever since I left the army I became somewhat a 'doing a bit of everything and specialising in none' sort of guy so I get to know quite a few people." Logan replied, nudging her arm once he'd put down what he was carrying.

"Wow, you would really help me? I guess I won't be using my Dad's money anymore to help pay for Bobby's stuff…" Blake said, before pulling out her iFruit phone. "And um, this is him to let you know." She explained, showing her screensaver of Bobby smiling while trying to grab onto Blake's phone as he was crawling towards it.

"He's a right cute boy, he is." Logan said with a smile, replying after he'd looked at it for a second and began packing the items into a bag as the cashier scanned them through.

"Yeah, he's a handful and everyone loves him. Except for one person, which is my Uncle Trevor. Maybe sometime this week, you want to meet him? I can come over to see you and bring him. How does that sound?" Blake questioned, while putting her iFruit phone back into her purse, and she pulled out her credit card to pay for the baby stuff until Logan stopped her.

"Here, let me help with that." Logan said, before he scanned his own card through and gave a small 'You're welcome' wink and smile to her. "And Trevor, that's… I only know one Trevor who wouldn't like a baby, and that's my ol' brother. Don't worry though, I'm pretty sure I'm nowhere near as crazy as he is."

"Well, I don't wanna meet your Trevor, if he's the same as mines. So um… you haven't answered my question, Mr. Logan." Blake explained, before grabbing one of the shopping bags.

"I thought it was pretty obvious, I'd love to have you two visit." Logan replied as he picked up the other bag and the two headed outside again. "I don't get much more company than my housemate Mark lately, and I know he's one to take right to a kid like little Bobby-boo there."

"Bobby-boo?" Blake questioned before she laughed while covering her mouth, to hide her embarrassing laugh. "Really, Logan?!"

"I just thought it was a cute name." Logan said, laughing a bit too. "Now one question… where the hell is your car?"

"Hold on…" Blake said, before pulling out her keys to her Bravado Gauntlet and pressed the lock button, as they heard a loud honk of a horn on the left side of the parking lot. "Right over there, Mr. Logan." She pointed out with her keys in her right hand.

"Not far from mine." Logan replied as they headed towards the Gauntlet. "And don't ask me to do that, mine is that old that it doesn't even have an electric lock, let alone a wireless one."

"Is it really that old, Logan?" Blake questioned as she walked with Logan and looking up at him, sideways. Logan responded by clicking his fingers as he pointed across the lot, towards the dark red 1965 Corvette Stingray. "It doesn't look that old." She answered after when she noticed the 1965 Corvette. "Hell, I might drive it one day." She stated, once they made it towards her silver and black Bravado Gauntlet and Blake press the trunk button on her keys for the back of the car to lift open.

"You may well. Or you might have a bundle of fun and drive my 40s Jeep." Logan replied as he helped put the bags into the trunk.

"Yeah, we might." Blake said before looking at her iFruit phone for the time. "Well, I have to go now…" She said, before lifting up her hand to place on Logan's left cheek. "It's nice meeting you, Logan." She finished while using her thumb to touch his stubble beard.

"And you. Oh, and my house… Paleto Bay, look for the yellow one by the cliff edge, number 27." Logan responded, smiling a bit as she touched his cheek.

"Alright then, I'll remember that." Blake said, before climbing into her Gauntlet and rolled down her window after putting the keys into the ignition. "I'll probably come by after school with Bobby in a few days." She stated while looking up at Logan with a sweet smile.

"That'll be alright. If I'm not there then Mark will be, his work goes out from home and I'll be home soon after." Logan replied, his hand lightly resting briefly on her upper arm. "See you around then." He said before he turned and headed for the Corvette.
