A/N: Another spur of the moment inspiration (I seem to be getting this quite a lot -rolls eyes-). It's still for this drabble challenge meme (which can be found at my LJ) as requested by my good friend, Kaminari-san. She asked me to do a non-fluff Haru/Yuki drabble, and I just couldn't resist! Inspired by another fic I read off at furubafiction(at)livejournal(dot)com.
Disclaimer: Damn, even Haru's not mine! Nor Yuki. The Sohmas belong to Takaya-sensei. And the featured book here by Yuki Eiri, I didn't make that up either - he's copyrighted property of (Shuichi Shindo) Murakami-sensei.

"Koibito"

"What's this?"
Hatsuharu stared blankly at the neatly wrapped package that Yuki held out to him.
"It's my return present." Yuki stated nonchalantly.
For White Day? Haru was confused. White Day was more than a week ago.
As if reading his mind, Yuki continued, "It's a non-return present—for the non-Valentine's chocolates."
Haru noticed Yuki's cheeks were a bit flushed; he couldn't help smiling. "Aww Yuki, that's so sweet," ever in that cool tone. Then gliding himself beside his cousin, Haru latched an arm around Yuki's shoulders for an almost embrace, while his free hand tore away at the wrapper.
It was book, a novel obviously. On the shiny pink cover, it read: "Koibito, by Eiri Yuki"
"You didn't have to, you know…" A mischievous grin spread across Haru's face as he leaned closer to whisper into Yuki's ear.
"Oh, but I have to." Yuki then took the novel and placed it in between their faces. "You read too much of that stupid, perverted dog's books."
-end!-
