Them.

That's at all it was, thats all she needed. Just them.

Together they slowly moved to the beat of the song, a close embrace, living the momment, if anyone else was in the room they would never have noticed. She inhaled his scent, the musky scent of him and his suit; to which he was doing the same the faint smell of strawberry invading his nostrils.

"I never want this to end." she spoke in a whisper.

"Me either, I love you so much" he said, looking her in her eyes becoming lost in a sea of blue.

They stayed like that until the song had finished and the next one had started, another slow song.

I set out on a narrow way many years ago

Hoping I would find true love along the broken road

But I got lost a time or two Wiped my brow and kept pushing through

I couldn't see how every sign pointed straight to you

This was a song that both of them could realate too, both had relationships that they thought had worked at the time,

but after that once again they just realized how much they needed eachother.

Every long lost dream led me to where you are

Others who broke my heart they were like Northern stars

Pointing me on my way into your loving arms

This much I know is true

That God blessed the broken road That led me straight to you

He was thankful, thankful for the chance the lord had given him to find true love To him, they where what everyone would call a match made in heaven. Truely, they both believed it, although she was not one to believe in the lord above, she aslo new that they where and always had ment to be together, her other half, the one that made her whole.

I think about the years I spent just passing through

I'd like to have the time I lost and give it back to you

But you just smile and take my hand

You've been there you understand

It's all part of a grander plan that is coming true

Just to think, they had spent so much of there life, denying that there was ever anything there now they had been together for a little under a couple months, but they look they could have been together forever, the way they looked into eachothers eyes, like there wasnt a care in the world. They understood eachother like no one else, when ever they held hands or kissed people swore there was visible fireworks surrounding them, like it was nobodys business.

Now I'm just rolling home

Into my lover's arms

This much I know is true

That God blessed the broken road That led me straight to you

At the end of a long day or a frusteraiting case, they could just go home, into the arms of one another forgetting everything that had happened there, at work, in the real world, to the beat of the a song together they danced, no way imperticular.
Just them.
togther.
