Springdale, Japan.
"Man, this is the pits," mumbled 12-year old Toby Yee. His family decided to move to Japan for business reasons, currently untold to him. The 12-hour flight bored him to death, and without his devices, Toby probably would have literally jumped out the window. Finally, the flight culminated into what he had been looking towards to see: Springdale Airport. He packed up and waited for the plane to taxi. Toby departed, went through security, and went outside to the terminal. His grandmother, who lived there found him. "Toby, what a pleasure to see you again! You've grown so big!", she getting driven to her house in Blossom Heights, Toby went out to meet some new friends.
Uptown Springdale, Springdale, Japan (You know what? I'll just write where Toby is. Once he is in a new city, I'll write that.)
Toby noticed kids his age in a little park shaped like a triangle. He went over to talk to them. "Hi, what are your names?" "Hi, I'm Bear." "I'm Eddie." "I'm Katie." "I'm Inaho! Pleasure to meet you!" "Hi, I'm Nate." "My name's Toby." Toby noticed that Inaho and Nate had the same model watch, except in different colors. "We should hunt bugs with Toby!", exclaimed Bear. All of them agreed, and they ran out to Mount Wildwood.
Mount Wildwood
"I #$ &%!* hate stairs!", yelled Toby as they went to the peak. "Alright, then, why don't we split up for the time being?", asked Nate to a unanimous response of "Sure." Most of them went left, with Toby being the only one drawn right. He used the net Nate gave him to catch a moderately-sized stag beetle. "Nice!" A glowing cicada buzzed by, and he went after it. Noticing a small hedge with a gap in it, Toby crawled through to catch the bug, then ended up at a giant tree.
Sacred Tree, Mount Wildwood.
"Dang, that's giant!", Toby whooped. The bug had landed on the tree and Toby caught the cicada and put it in his borrowed terrarium. Toby noticed an old Gacha machine. It softly chanted, to Toby's dismay , "feeeeed meeeee." "No way!" "feeeeed meeeee." "Who's saying that?" "feeeeed meeeee. Feed me, feed me feeeed me." "ALRIGHT!", Toby exclaimed and put in 100 yen into the slot. A gray ball with a black top popped out. "There has to be something worth it in here...", Toby mumbled, and opened the capsule. Orange light poured out, and a living bonfire popped out, to his amazement. "GRRRAUGH! 150 years does a number on the body!", the fire exclaimed. It saw an awestruck Toby looking at it, jaw ajar. "What? Have you ever seen a Yo-Kai before?" "Nope." "My name is FURBIX.
