Burning Desire
1 Since I've gazed into those deep brown eyes
Something made me realise,
I cannot stand us being apart
There's this burning desire within my heart
A desire so great it cannot be shown
It's particularly strong when we are alone,
This desire wants to hold you, kiss you, love you,
Forever until out lifetime is through
I wish you could take me for who I am
I wish you could make me you're one special man,
I wish you would love me the way I love you,
I wish what I just said could somehow come true
I'll understand if you push me aside,
I guess in my dreams you will still be my bride,
But the thing that's hurt most for far to long
Is the fact that you really belong with Krum…
With love from you're Ron xxx
*************
Hermione dropped the note silently on her bed and ran down to the deserted common room where Ron sat, quite alone by the dimly lit fire. He looked up nervously yet expectantly. Hermione smiled comfortingly and walked over to him and sat on his lap. She hugged him there and then. They sat there in each others warm embrace until the fire eventually burnt out.
