The worst thing Tsunade ever did was fuck Orochimaru. She had just left a giant screaming match with Jiraiya over Dan when she passed him. He leaned against a pillar, arms folded, ankles crossed. She didn't really register him because she was too buy replaying the argument in her head. She almost turned the corner when he spoke.

"Bad night, Tsunade?"

"Whatever it is, Orochimaru, I am not in the mood. Go fuck with someone else's mind tonight."

Orochimaru tutted and started towards her. "Is that any way to speak to a teammate? A comrade? You've saved my life more times than I can count, and I yours. I should hope that we could confide in one another. If we don't have a certain level of trust, how can we function as a team?"

"What do you want?" she asked. She wobbled a little on her toes as she fought to stay sober. He placed a steadying hand on her shoulder. She leaned against the stone wall behind her.

He cocked his head and squeezed reassuringly. "I heard your yelling. Have a fight with Jiraiya?"

"Jiraiya is an asshole," she said. "Why..."

Tsunade didn't know what she wanted to ask. Why was he being so nice? Why did he seem to care? Why the hell is he doing all this?

"We're teammates," Orochimaru supplied. "They don't have to like each other, but they do have to look out for each other."

Orochimaru ran the tip of his nose along the length of her neck, before finally whispering in her ear.

"They sometimes have to do things for the other that might seem odd or inappropriate, but that's what teammates do. Whatever it might be."

His hands ran down her arms before finally settling on her waist. Tsunade sucked in a breath.

"Alright," she said.

She never knew why he wanted to do it. She doubted he was actually attracted to her. Maybe he liked exploiting vulnerability, maybe he liked to push Jiraiya's buttons, or maybe he just liked to fuck with people. She never really cared enough to ask.
