Russia takes over many places over time. One day, Russia is going to take over Finland, too. Would be easy, because Russia is very strong.
But the day Russia was going to take over, Finland farted and it was a displeasing smell and this was very unsatisfactory. Russia puts off take-over for another time and forgets because it is so unimportant compared to many important things Russia does.
And that is why Russia never takes over Finland.
