Shinobi Gospel

Demon child was a strange one
Little mooncalf borne under Tree of God
Rabbit horns do crown his face
'til they convert into moth antennae

Celestial raiment,
Woven against the moths
An adornment,
An accessory,
Weaver's prodigal

Little raiment drifting away
O'er the moonlit earth below
Feathered robe descending
See it tatter into dust

(For the Goddess so hated the world,
She wove a feathered raiment to smother it;
Deviated he from her designs,
Thwarting her apocalypse)

(At his Golgotha, the feathered raiment
Did gather his feathered disciples
His flesh his covenant,
Corvine communion)

Counting one, two, three, four, five, and six
Won't you come and walk the holy paths?
Blood red Moon of Armageddon
Mourning black of Eucharist

Celestial raiment,
Woven against the moths
An adornment,
An accessory,
Weaver's prodigal

Little raiment drifting away
O'er the moonlit earth below
Feathered robe descending
See it tatter into dust

Sorta-companion to Moon Over Hōrai. The more I listened to "Secrets of Wysteria", the more it sounded like it could be a Hagoromo song as well as Kaguya's. Because the original song wasn't just a scary story about a Boogeyman; it was also a tragedy about that Boogeyman's victim.

So, this spoof for dear ol' Haggy.
