'This is a horrible idea. No this is down right stupid.' Danny, Sam and Tucker stared at Mr. Lancer with blank looks or in Raven's case, she was looking away from said teacher while moving her desk from side to side when the English teacher told their entire class that they were going on a field trip to the Ghost Zone. Not only that but all of their parents would be coming to the Ghost Zone as chaperones. They were only tolerating this because Raven's parents were coming. Unfortunately they were the only ones that had the most common sense out of all the other parents.
Now as to why I said that they where a quartet was because Raven hangs out with the trio almost all the time and they met her during their Sophmore year when she was being bullied by Dash after learning that she had Autism. That's right, Raven had Autism which explains why she did what she did earlier and since she was on the spectrum, she usually has a hard time expressing her emotions which was why she was playing with her desk which usually meant that she was angry.
"Are you are upset about this too Raven? I know what you are thinking and are you shaking your desk because you are angry that Danny's parents decided to host a field trip to the Ghost Zone when they clearly never been there in the first place." Said Tucker sympathetically. Not only that but it is also hard for her to put her thoughts into words and it usually resulted with the freak trio (mostly Danny) to speak for her.
"I hope that we get to meet Danny Phantom and once we finally meet, he will finally know that we are meant to be." Paulina said as she gave a dreamy look."
"What's up with Raven? Is she having her moment?" Dash taunted while the rest of the class gave the football star angry glares and everyone knew that you do not mess with Raven. Bad things happen when you mess with Raven. Though Danny, Sam and Tucker had figured out early on that it was Sydney Piint Dexter who was the master mind behind of all the pranks. Raven found out about it later on and even though she thought it was sweet for him to do that she everyone knew that she wasn't stupid. Still it was kind of nice that there was some people looking out for her.
"Hey I just came to drop by to see if you guys are ok." Said Sydney came in unannounced. Raven look away shyly not ready to talk to him just yet and the ghost waited patentintly for her to speak knowing that it's just hard for her to express what she really mean. He occasionally checks in on her knowing that unfortunatly she is made fun of for it mostly because she doesn't usually speak in full sentences. Speaking in smaller sentences on their other hand, she is ok with. Not only that but she also likes to walk on her tipie toes and had specific ways of doing certain things.
"I think that she is fine Sydney and I think that she is just mad at Dash at the moment. By the way did you manage to tell everyone in the Ghost Zone about the field trip?" Asked Danny.
"I did and I had Frost Bite to help me on that one. In fact, he made sure that everyone got the message." Sydney said laughing at the memory remembering the scared looks on everyone's faces.
"Who is freaky Fenton talking to?" Dash asked almost in a demanding tone nearly scaring Raven. Danny then gave Dash an angry glare while Raven remembered that he was the reason that she was friends with these guys in the first place. She even became a part of Team Phantom after accidentally stumbling upon Danny's secret. Not only that but Valarie joined the team not too long after and after Valarie with Raven's parents joining in later after an incident involving the Guys in White. As for Raven's appearence, she wore a Hatsume Miku T-shirt, had long red hair that was in a twin tail style, green eyes, tan skin, wore black shorts and red flat sneakers with the DP symbole on each side at the end of the shoe. She even has a DP hair clip that was strapped nicely on the right side.
Aside from that Danny, Sam, Valerie and Tucker has changed from over the years as well. Danny still wore his usual outfit but he wore baggy clothes with a long sleeve undershirt in order to hide the muscles he gained from fighting ghosts. Sam on the other hand outgrew her rebellious ultra recycle vegetarian goth phase and is now only willing to wear outfits aside from black with dark colors on it. She still won't wear pink or dresses though. Tucker toeveryone's surprise is trying to start eating his vegetables. Key word: trying and let's just say that the first time he did, it didn't go too well after the first time he done it.
Tucker on the other hand is still the techno geek that we all came to know and love but he lost the hat and glasses. Now he wears contacts since Raven told him once that he looked better without his glasses once and the hat was now replaced with a beanie. Another thing about Tucker was that he also wore baggy clothes as well. Valarie still her original outfit but Tucker did manage to redesign her Red Huntress suit so that Vlad could not control her suit anymore so it was now Vlad free and the former A-lister has been grateful for what Tucker did for her ever since. Another thing that had changed was that Danny was now King of the Ghost Zone. He even has his own kingdom.
In fact the group of friends all had important jobs in the Ghost Zone as well. Sam was Danny's adviser along with Jazz and he usually came to them whenever he was stumped with a situation. Tucker was in charge of all the technology in the Ghost Zone and even used his technological skills to help build Danny's kingdom. Raven, is in charge of training Walker's Ghost Police on how to deal with people who had Autism and believe it or not Walker himself counted it as community service dropping all charges against Danny as a result. As for Valarie and Raven's parents, they patrol the Ghost Zone to make sure that everyone is safe. Not only that but they all managed to make friends with everyone in the Ghost Zone but some ghost still liked to attack Danny and his friends just for the heck of it and apparently there is this old law that if you defeat the current king that the winner will become the new king.
As a result the four had hoped that their secrets would stay in tact and it was a good thing that Raven's parents are here to help. As I mentioned before, they knew Danny's secret too and the reason they stopped working for the Guys in Whit was because they lost respect for them when they saw that they were going to willingly shoot a kid. In fact Phantom was still a kid in their eyes and ghost or not, they thought that what they did was cruel especially after when they saved him from being tortured from said ghost hunters. After that they got new jobs and became part of Team Phantom as well but they usually handle mission control along with Jazz. However, once school was over they all decided to go to Raven's house in order to discuss what they need as well as a plan when Murphy's Law decides to occur.
"Hi Mrs. Valintine. Sorry to barge in like this, but we need to firgure out what to bring for the field trip tomorrow. Apparently someone thought that it it was a good idea to bring the entire class to the Ghost Zone. I am sure that you got the memo according to Mr. Lancer."
"Unfortunately Sam I do, and I still think that this is a terrible idea. Not to mention dangerous. Who's idea was was it to bring untrained underage adolescent teenagers into the Ghost Zone anyway?"
"Jack and Maddie's." Danny answered.
"Of course it was but please call me mom, I like to think of you guys as my children." The woman said as she invited them inside. As to why Danny calls his parents Jack and Maddie instead of mom and dad, he stopped calling them that when they began helping the Guys in White catch his alter ego Phantom. Not only that but they were very neglectful and they are usually seen couped up in the lab trying to figure out how to 'rip his other half molecule by molecule' which was why Danny moved into Raven's house about a year ago without his parents noticing. It was the same with Sam and Tucker a while after. For Sam it was because her parents wanted her to be 'perfect' all the time and Tucker's parents didn't want him hanging out with anyone they thought was weird. This meant that they didn't want him hanging out with his friends especially Raven since they thought that she was the weirdest one out of all of them.
Not only that but he thought that it was cruel of his parents not even once considering Raven's condition. Unfortunatly it was the same with Sam's parents too and it was because of this that both of Raven's parents were trying to collect enough evidence to prove that their parents are neglectful as well as verbally abusive towards their daughter. In fact they were hoping the field trip will help them prove to Child Services that none of the adults are fit to be parents. It was all part of the plan and they still couldn't believe that they managed to get Sam's parents to go and the reason why was beyond them. It was probably to keep Sam away from her friends or a least that was Mr. Valentine's theory.
"Help yourself with some cookies. I made plenty." Mr. Valentine offered once the group made it to Raven's room while trying to decide what to do next.
"Thanks." Danny said smiling before taking a cookie thinking that it was funny for Raven's father to have a girly hobby like baking. Mr. Valentine then left deciding to give to group some privacy not too long after Valarie's arrival.
"Supplies!" Raven shouted happily as she showed everyone her large Twilight Sparkle handbag that was filled with anti ghost weapons.
"Good job Raven!" Valarie said encouraging her Autistic friend. "I think that we would most likely need these since Skulker would probably destroy the bus just for laughs. Though I don't think that we need to worry about Walker since he is on our side now but I am a bit worried about Dave since we all know how protective of you that the ghost policeman can be." Raven only shrugged her shoulders as a response not really caring.
"We also need to avoid Technus." Sam added.
"Ok then, how about this? Paulina would most likely complain about walking and Raven likes to eat at specific times so how about we head to the Box Ghost and Luch Lady's restraunt first, then we head to the Far Frozen, next we can visit Rin's animation center, head right towards Walker's prison, stop by at Dora's Catsle, go to Ember's concert if we have time and hofully find a way to Clockwork's tower so he can send us home all while trying to avoid my kingdom. Everyone on board with this?"
"I still think that the field trip thing is stupid." Said Tucker while everyone nodded in agreement.
