"The Lion Sleeps Tonight"

kahle [Sleep well
In the jungle, the mighty jungle The lion sleeps tonight In the jungle, the mighty jungle The lion sleeps tonight --

Blaze examined Silver as he slept, his body rested on a burned bulding, on the edge of the bulding's "lip", as if on a skyscraper, his head resting on his crossed arms, like a pillow. His face burried in the fur of his chest, while moving as he breathed.

-
(Chorus)
Imbube

Ingonyama ifile [The lion's in peace
Ingonyama ilele [The lion sleeps
Thula [Hush
--

She was extra careful as she lifted him from his perch, he wasn't exactly light as a feather. She used her cat revlexes to jump down onto the ground, landing softly with a "Pat".

-
Near the village, the peaceful village The lion sleeps tonight Near the village, the peaceful village The lion sleeps tonight

(Chorus)
--

She carried him down a path toward an abandoned hotel where they lived, sure they deveated Iblis and Mephelis, but everything wasn't restored. As she found a room, didn't matter, it WAS abandoned after all, she layed him gently on a bed.

-
Ingonyama ilele (The lion sleeps)

Hush my darling, don't fear my darling The lion sleeps tonight Hush my darling, don't fear my darling The lion sleeps tonight --

She sat beside him and stroked the fur on his head, listening to him groan occasionally, which for some reason made him look like an infant, defensless and adorable.

-
He, ha helelemama [He, ha helelemama
Ohi'mbube [lion

(Chorus)

Ixesha lifikile [Time has come
Lala [Sleep
Lala kahle [Sleep well
--

Silver awoke a few minutes later, admiring the first thing he saw, Blaze the Cat, watching him as he slept. He gave a yawn and sat up, Blaze standing up and grinning at him, he cocked his head to one side giving her a confused look, she shook her head, as if to say "Nothing", then turned and walked toward the window, which somehow was still in tact.

"Near the village, the peaceful village The lion sleeps tonight Near the village, the peaceful village The lion sleeps tonight

(Chorus)

My little darling Don't fear my little darling My little darling Don't fear my little darling

Ingonyama ilele [The lion sleeps"

She listened as he sang part of a song, which she reconized as a lulliby his mother sang, only when he had a nightmare, or when there was a storm. Silver stood then gave an almost silent yawn, he walked toward the window beside her, and started mumbling incoherently, when she turned to understand him better, he had already jumped out the now open window to hover toward the next building, and so on. Blaze shook her head, "He's so Naive. But he's so damn cute." She jumped out after him and followed, ready to keep him out of trouble.
