A Mother's Worst Nightmare
"JACOB!" Grace Rigsby yelled in absolute horror that caused the others to see what the fuss was about. That in itself was enough to make Teresa Jane turn around to see what was going on; and when she did part of Teresa wished she handn't. Teresa's whole world stopped her blood ran cold because she couldn't take her eyes off the scene before her; it was a mother's worst fear her son Jacob who was partially bloody in the hands of a menacing looking spider. Just as Teresa was about to shout her son's name a nearby soldier put his hand over her mouth and shook his head. Once the soldier let his hand go Teresa could just watch on in horror she felt helpless unable to do anything to save her son. Jacob who meanwhile was hoisted off the ground after losing his fight since his robot suit was destroyed; could do nothing but scowl at Airachnid.
"JACOB!" a voice in the distance said; Jacob knew that voice and that voice belonged to his mother but he wasn't going to let Airachnid know that. Jacob kept up his tough guy appearance. "Looks like someone knows you Jacob?" Airachnid said in a sickly sweet voice that just made Jacob sick to his stomach. Gritting his teeth Jacob said "Leave them alone Airachnid!"; Jacob couldn't help but grunt as Airachnid increased her grip on him. Airachnid laughed some more before saying "so these people mean something to you I'll just have to change that whatahsay Jacob?" As Airachnid increased her hold on Jacob as he managed to ground out as he said "I'll say it again leave them alone!"
Bring Jacob up to her optics Airachnid looked at the young man in her servos smirking slightly as she increased her grip on him causing him to yelp in pain. "And I'll ask you again Jacob who's going to stop me from destroying the ones you love "YOU!"" Despite all the pain he was in Jacob looked Airachnid in the eye and said "Yes!" This caused Airachnid to laugh once again like the cold murderous femme she was; she then said "And what could you possibly do your in no shape to fight me; sooner or later I'll have your head and add it to my collection." Before Jacob could say anything else a new voice was heard saying "THIS! GO FRAG YOURSELF AIRACHNID! AND LEAVE MY PARTNER ALONE!" Rodimus said as he fired his blasters at Airachnid this caused her to drop Jacob. Teresa's whole world stopped as she watched the battle play out before her; but her eyes never left her precious son as she watched him fall from a frightening height.
Teresa didn't even feel her husband Patrick come up behind her and wrap his arms around her waist. As Jacob continued to fall Patrick could feel his wife tense even more; Patrick himself was holding his breath he was hoping for a better outcome but something was telling him that this wasn't going to be the case. At the last second Rodimus caught Jacob's limp body in his arms much to the relief of Patrick and Teresa Jane. But unfortunately Airachnid wasn't going to go down without a fight; if she was going to die here she was going to take Jacob and Rodimus with her. So while Rodimus was checking over his partner he didn't see or hear Airachnid prime her blasters; taking precise aim at the building they were standing under before anyone could say anything Airachnid fired. As the building that Rodimus and Jacob were standing under start to crumble as the rumble started to rain down around them Rodimus protected his unconscious partner from further harm.
As the building collapsed around them burying them deep within the rubble. The last thing anyone heard was Teresa screaming NOOOOOOO! As she crumbled to her knees with tears flooding down her cheeks. Teresa felt like as if somebody ripped her heart out she just watched her son "die" so right now she was hugged Teresa close to him for support and comfort; because he himself felt his eyes getting misty and thinking to himself not again not again. He lost his daughter now was he going to loss his son too. Only time will tell because right know he needed to be strong for his wife for Teresa; she didn't need to see him like this so as Teresa continued to cry all Patrick could say was as he continued to hold Teresa into a loving embrace as he said "everything will be alright Teresa everything will be alright." But in Patrick's head he couldn't help but say to himself "I hope I am right don't prove me wrong Jacob I don't know how your mother and I would do without you."
Hey everyone it's me Smart Kira let me know if you want me to write a new chapter for this. But be nice in the reviews ok I am going to say this now summaries are not my strong points. I know my writing/ grammar isn't my strong points either I get it hard to get my thoughts down on paper and when I do I am quite happy because I was able to get the thought out of my head and move on to the next one. So again I please ask be nice in the reviews; if you don't have anything nice to say in the review don't say nothing at all.
