In business there are only three rules you have to follow to be on top. One, your outlook must always say successful. First impressions are everything and the more suitable you look the people might be at ease around you. Second, always chose your words carefully. People are offended easily, so even the slightest change in your tone of voice could ruin a deal. Third (and the most important rule), never show weakness to anyone. The business world is cruel and if they think that your weak or can't handle it, you can consider yourself gone faster than doughnuts in a police department.
