"… What is this?"

"Wada Calcium CD3." And she used that 'isn't it obvious' too, which he knows SHE knows, annoyed him no end.

Zaraki held back the urge to click his tongue in annoyance, aware that it'll only give her the satisfaction of having annoyed the one and only Zaraki Kenpachi… At least, he thought it would. Unohana a hard woman to read.

"…. I don't need no damn Wada-whatever it is."

It was the second time he hesitated in that conversation alone. Zaraki never hesitated. Never . He decided that growling would only further satisfy the petite woman's desire to drive him crazy from annoyance. Honestly, Zaraki did not understand women. He doubted that he wanted to either.

"It's good for you Zaraki-taichou. It's some sort of health supplement from the human world which Hanatarou gave to me. I think you need it more than I do. You've been looking slightly more haggard than usual lately."

Smooth. Calculated. Soft, yet ever so confident. There was no hint of falter in the 4th Division Captains voice. Wasn't Zaraki supposed to be like this too?

"I feel fine." YES!! Zaraki silently congratulated himself for having a witty come back. At least, he thought it was witty… He'll ask Yumichika later. The prissy knows just about anything, or so it seems.

"I think, Zaraki-taichou, that this supplement would do you good!" she said, topped with a pleasantly innocent smile.

This time, Zaraki could not hold back his growl, although sadly, it did not have it's desired effect on Unohana.

"Thanks but no thanks." He said firmly, when he turned around to avoid having more meaningless conversations about Wada Calcium CD3. And since when did he know the name??!! He swore to erase it from his memories later.

"Zaraki-taichou, would you prefer if it was feed mouth to mouth?"

"Eh??"

Zaraki blinked not-stupidly at Unohana, for dammit, his blinks were always intimidating! If Unohana knew she had just said something extremely suggestive, she definitely didn't show it.

Hesitantly, he shook his head, questioning himself if he truly did hear those words come out of the other captain's mouth.

"Good! So you'll eat this!" she said, thrusting the small white bottle, which had an inexplicably unnatural smooth texture.

Not having recovered from the earlier suggestive statement, Unohana took this opportunity to stride gracefully back to her quarters, leaving Zaraki to stare at the supplements.

With an annoyed click of his tongue, he tucked it into the spacey folds of his sleeves and turned around to look for Yachiru, a task he momentarily forgot about when Unohana showed up in front of him.

He contemplated taking the supplement later tonight. Not that he felt obligated to or anything. But he had been feeling more tired than usual lately…
