"Honey?" Olivia called as she closed the door behind her. She saw a small glow of the laptop that sat on top of Casey's work station, once known as their dining room table. The black background got her attention and she walked towards the screen to get a better look, hearing the water running in the next room. Olivia was shoked at the words that jumped out at her, and she sat down to read more. A few minutes later, the water stopped, but Olivia hadn't noticed, so wrapped in in the words was she.
"Liv? You ho- Oh God." Casey gasped. She put a hand on her mouth as she looked at her girlfriend.
"I didn't know that you read Cabenson stories," Olrivia said. "In fact, I thought you hated the thought of it." Olivia said. Her eyebrow rose as she stared at the ADA. The 'blonde' bit her lip. "Don't do that," Olivia said, though not in a harsh manner.
"I can't help it,"
"In a moment, I won't be able to, either." Olivia responded, her voice dropping slightly. Casey's skin flushed a little. "So, what is this all about then?" Olivia wondered, gesturing to the screen.
"Honestly, I don't konw how I got to this page. I was reading some other things, and then suddenly I was here at this page, and there these stories were. At first I wasn't going to read anything, but then, I don't konw, I got curious. But it is all their fault. Once you start reading scribesquills' stuff, you're sucked in," Casey admitted. Olivia had to nod at this, as she had just been about to read the whole story herself.
"So, are you like... a Cabenson shipper now?"
"Oh god no." Casey carefully draped herself over Olivia's lap, her wet hair on the detictive's neck as she kissed her cheek. "I ship Benovak forever." She looked Olivia in the eyes and saw the smile within them.
"Me too. Forever." Olivia echoed. There was a small silence. "Still... we should read some of their stuff every now and again. You know..." Olivia murmured.
"For research," Casey finished. There was a smile shared between them.
"Yeah, research."
"I like that plan," Casey agreed. She shifted slowly so that she could read the laptop screen as well, and grinned when Olivia began to read the story to her, which made it much better than when she read it the first time.
