"The water is still, yet the sky is stormy. The wind blows, yet no howling is to be heard. The snow is falling, yet I can not feel a thing." The small Italian spoke to himself softly, lying in an open field at night.
"Kiku and Ludwig are probably looking for me.." He trailed off, closing his eyes as snowflakes landed on his lids. He wasn't sure what had happened, or why he was where he was. He just remembered waking in a field full of snow, with not a single drop of happiness to be found. He didn't scream when he noticed he was outside in the dark, in such horrible conditions, he just sighed. He didn't feel like himself. He felt as if this was not his body. Like he wasn't really here.
He could hear Ludwig's voice coming closer, yelling his name through the cold air. Yet, he didn't move. He had stopped breathing. The sky began to fall on him, enclosing his surroundings. But as he saw this, Feliciano didn't even flinch. A sharp pain in his chest made him jump, immediately opening his eyes. He was in Ludwig's bed, and everything was normal. But the German was no where to be found.
He sat up on the bed, rubbing his eyes groggily. As he placed his feet on the hard ground, his body temperature dropped. He drew in a deep breath, then continued to the door. It was open slightly, and light was peering through, so he could only just see what was happening. Kiku, Lovino, Antonio and Ludwig were standing a few metres away from his door, speaking quietly. He just made out what they were saying.
"I would have never thought Italy to do such a thing to himself.. But why?" Kiku's voice was shaky, even more quiet than usual.
"I have no idea. But if it was someone that made my brother try and kill himself, they won't live to see light much longer!" Lovino practically yelled. Antonio put a hand on his shoulder, calming him down.
"We need to be reasonable about this. Let Italia sleep, then in the morning we can ask if he remembers anything of the sort." Ludwig said finally, receiving nods from the other's at his statement.
I'll let my reactor meltdown,
So I can dive into the core,
And I will fly,
I feel that now I must vanish, I know that I've got to try.
Please let my reactor meltdown,
So I can dive into the core,
And I will die,
For a morning without me is all that I have left to give to my perfect world.
Now I am fine.
