Life is full of what ifs. What if I did this? What if I did that? What if this happens or what if I had done this instead of that?

Life is full of people worrying about those what if questions so much so that they lose site of the here and now, so focused on the up or down of the hill that the never see the details of the road or the beauty of the journey it takes to get to the top of it.

Does this mean we should disregard the what if no. The what if will always be important but it should never be so important that you gain tunnel vison and lose site of the what now and what can be.

What now is important because it allows us to separate the negative and the positive so you can gain a perspective on your current situation.

What can be is important because it allows us to think of ways to make a bad thing good, a good thing great and a great thin the best it can be.

But what if is also important because it allows us to see all the possible outcomes of our actions and decisions. But it can become harmful or even detrimental if we focus to much on them.

So, if you ever come across a moment where your stuck looking to far ahead remember take a deep breath and to steps back so you can walk the path of life's what ifs as smoothly as possible and not trip as much along the way.
