This is somewhat realted to Just A Dream before Finn had appeared as a ghost.
Quinn was going to do it, she was going to take the train and tell Santana how much she wants to be with her. She knew for a fact that it's likely she will be shot down. However since Quinn saw her with Elizabeth, Quinn has wanted so bad to be her with Santana and she didn't know why at first. Maybe it's because Quinn was lonely or that maybe she really likes women.
She wanted to rehearse this in front of the mirror so she thought back to a time where she could express herself without anyone judging her. That was easy she thought about being back at school.
She picture herself raising her hand and getting in front of anyone. She turned on her Ipod and Pink's song Try came on.
Quinn Sings:
Ever wonder about what she's doing
How it all turned to lies
Sometimes I think that it's better

She picture herself walking to Santana and then back at the time where she had sex with her after the failed wedding.

As they were about to sing the next part, Elizabeth appeared and started kissing down Santana's neck. Quinn then kissed Santana's lips..
All Three sang Elizabeth and Quinn were taking turns with Santana

Quinn weren't admit this but that made her very wet and then the next thing she heard was Finn's voice...
