Outset Island, Great Seas

A little girl named Aryll skipped along the beach. Palm trees rose behind her with other tropical vegetation. This island is boring. I wish I had an adventure like big brother. As she climbed the path up to the mountain the path became more rugged. Aryll kicked a rock into the foliage. Birds scattered into the sky. Little rats scurried in front of her looking for any possessions that were dropped. "Shoo, you stupid rats!" said Aryll. Frustrated, Aryll took up a rock and nailed a rat in the head. It went into spasms before finally falling down. Aryll smiled. See I can fight animals too, just like big brother. The rats, though, just noticing their fallen friend, started snipping at Aryll's heels. "Ouch!" she screamed. Aryll kicked throwing a rat off the path and into the hay roof of a villager's house. This angered the rats even more. Some jumped on Aryll's back and other's on her legs. Aryll screamed. Back at the village, Orca was chopping wood. He had adopted Aryll as his granddaughter. When Sturgeon heard this he had fallen into an outrage. "WHAT! HE'S ADOPTING HER! SHE'S DOOMED I TELL YOU! DOOMED!" Orca cursed thinking about his know-it-all brother. Suddenly high-pitched screams were heard. There was only one person that screamed like that. "Aryll!" yelled Orca. He picked up his spear and ran. A man came out of his house and asked "What is all that screaming and why did a rat just drop into our house!?" Orca ignored the man and just kept on running. He reached the top of the path and spotted Aryll. Rats were scrambling all over her. "Aryll!" Orca yelled again. Orca reached Aryll and started stabbing the rats crawling all over Aryll. The rats, completely forgetting about Aryll attacked Orca. One lunged in the air. Orca turned around and stabbed it in mid-air. More came, running out of the forest, waiting to help their friends. Two came right together. Orca thrusted his spear, shish-kabobing them. Pulled them off of his spear and hit two other rats with them. He took one more big spin attack knocking five of them out. The other rats retreated running away. Orca scrambled to Aryll. "Aryll, speak my child!" he said. Aryll was badly beat up. She had a deep gash in her forehead. "I've got to get you out of here!" Orca picked her up and turned around. A huge sword greeted him. He was knocked back a couple of yards. Aryll was tossed up. She hit the side of the path but then fell down. Orca got up just in time to see his granddaughter go plunging down into foliage. "No! Aryll!" he yelled. The creature shot another blow at Orca but he jumped away. Orca picked up his spear and got a look at his enemy. It was a purple armored Darknut. And not just one but there were five. The leading Darknut shot another blow at Orca. Orca, once again, jumped to the side, escaping the blow. Orca then thrusted his spear through a little gap in the Darknut's armor. The demon screeched and fell down. The domino effect happened with the Darknuts. They cried rolling down the hill into the ocean. Their armor weighed them down. The creatures sank. The only remains were bubbles floating to the surface in the water. "Yes!" cried Orca "Now where is that girl?" But these were his last words I'm afraid. A Darknut had slipped behind him when the others had gone into the Great Sea. He took his mighty sword and put it right through Orca. Blood squirted out all over. Lady luck had taken the side of Evil.
