Love

Disclaimer: I really wish I had written Harry Potter but I didn't otherwise I would have insisted that the films were a lot better, especially the first one!

A.N. This is just something that I thought of and I thought it was quite sweet. I might include this scene in my proper story, which I am in the process of writing.

Draco walked slowly towards Hermione, saying,

"I love you. I love all the little details about you. The way that you bite your lip when you're nervous and you frown when you are trying to work something out. You have 5 smiles: one when you really laugh, one when you are being polite, one when you are with your friends, one when you're right or get good marks and one when you're watching somebody else be happy or get what they want. Please tell me you love me too."

A single tear slid down Hermione's cheek

"I know all your details too Draco." She said. "You run your hands through your hair when you're frustrated, you always sleep in till late at the weekends, you sing in the shower when you're happy and you smirk when you are right. But you're not right this time."

His face fell. She smiled as a small tear ran down her other cheek.

"I have 6 smiles."

Draco looked up with hope in his eyes.

"I have another smile for when I'm in love. When I look at you."

His eyes lit up with delight and he enveloped her in his large muscular arms. She looked into his ice blue eyes and he brushed her lips with his own.

The whole hall erupted in cheers but Draco and Hermione didn't notice because they were too busy kissing. When they broke apart Draco held Hermione's hands.

"Would you like to dance?" he asked.

She answered him with a passionate kiss. Draco waved his wand and their robes were transformed into a beautiful lilac ball gown and suit. Another wave of the wand and some soft music started.

They waltzed around the hall looking magnificent. Some of the audience were crying and Dumbledore watched in amazement as the pair started glowing.

It actually worked! He thought. They had fallen in love and now the world had hope again.

Don't feel obligated to review because this is not my actual story. That is coming soon.

Cookies to the people who recognised that my idea was from win a date with Tad Hamilton! Lol.
